Ah well, it was a name I made up when playing Dillo Hills 2, where I made the Penguin character wear a helmet that looks a lot like the one known from Skyrim.
(The avatar is taken directly from the game, actually.)
Thus, the Dovahguiin was born and has so far been seen in several universes and dimensions.

My username is from my last name, which will not be disclosed, but my last name is very hard to pronounce and people just wound up calling me Paz, because those are the first three letters of my last name. I have recently changed my name now so here's why.
Last March 23 2015, one of my students told me to play Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed (Akiba's Trip 2 in Japan) and for some reason, I changed all my avatars to the one I have right now. Her name is Shizuku Tokikaze (刻風雫)
As for the hyphen (-) at the end of my username, it is because I really wanted my name to be inspired from the banned account Shizuru-.

And this one thing I liked was a certain anime. For that reason, I decided to create something based on the complicated stuffies of that anime, a new "system" that would surpass the canon "system", basically the power of the characters. And I named it "Instrument Ceremony".
Then when I found osu!, I wanted to be called "InstrumentCeremony", but the name is too long, so I had to find a neat way to shorten the name. I took the first 5 letters from instrument "Instr" and added an a inbetween the t and r to make it look better, so that explains the "Instar" part. The "Cerem" part is pretty straightforward; just cut off the last three letters.
Then boom. I got InstarCerem.

I was feeling very uncreative when I was asked to join osu so my username is the number of my house and the letter of my room at uni... I didn't realise you couldn't change it 
Been using this name since Midnight Club: Los Angeles as I used to play a lot of wager matches.
The first one is Hunter_Point, before i started play osu, i played many games and always pick assassin or hunter, and in this game u don't kill people but kill someone's rank or first place, so i pick Hunter.

I got so pissed I went to create another account (yes multi accounting) and I got a name from a random japanese name generator
i kept spamming on the generate button and I got the last names "Ryusaki" and "Hatsue" which both caught my eye, I couldn't decide which to be as my last name so I decide to combine them (they seemed like a pretty nice pair too) so technically my name should be "Hatsue" but since everyone sees "Ryusaki" first might as well be called "ryu"
So that new account got called "Ryusaki Hatsue"
upon 3-5 days of creating that account the guilt killed me and eventually i came to confess to the osu (supreme court) and luckily they let me off with a warning.
one of my osu friends (Flareeee <3) was really nice and gifted me supporter so I could change my name. "Ryusaki Hatsue" was still active at that time so I could only change my name to -ryusakihatsue- and I added in the hypens cause it's cool
I still get called "Rin" by my older friends and I liked "Ryu" too so now my name is like "Ryn" <333
