It's a little weird. I think the map just lacks a certain flow, It feels like a "old" map. And some things are just really strange...

For a "Hard" difficulty this has some pumped up settings. Generally for hards it rarely goes above OD6, AR7, HP6... but really that's fine, do whatever works best.

I'm gonna comment on pretty much everything here, hold on to your trousers.

00:07:312 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - I think it's a weird place to start the beatmap. It's just in the middle of the verse. Also for the whole bit following that you don't seem sure if you're gonna map the vocals or the beat, so it's a strange mix of both. Also not very interesting structure.
00:09:596 (2,3,4) - why is (3) not straight? You could also space these in a more interesting way I think.
00:10:967 (1,2,3,4,5) - Felt really bad to play these singles. Remove 3,4,5 and replace with a simple single-repeat slider.
00:12:338 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - Well here you at least have some pattern of a sort. That's a start!
00:14:622 (1,2,3) - This is superbad, maybe it's just me, but I can't stand repeater sliders that bounce more than once without any real indication in the music, you have to KNOW the song beforehand or this will mess you up. http://puu.sh/b9RXJ/ad1c42cfe3.jpg
00:16:221 (1,1) - http://puu.sh/b9RYA/bd712ad8e5.jpg :!: :?:  :o :? :( (there's a circle during the spinner...) This spinner also ends on a red tick, that's not... right, messes up sense of rhythm completely.
00:18:277 (1,2,1,2,3,4,5) - Not very exciting to play
00:21:476 (1,2,3,4,5,1,1,2,3,4,5,1,1,2,3,4,5,1,2) - This whole sequence is probably the 2nd strongest point in the beatmap as of right now. But even so it's no very exciting. I think you could do a lot more with the spacing and overall structure.
00:29:930 (2,3,4) - needlessly hard to read, compared to the rest of the song. Be consistent.
00:31:300 (1,2,3,4,5) - boring.
00:32:443 (1,2) - YIKES what is that, why is it a thing in this map. Different is not always good! I think there's a reason people don't place notes inside sliders like that.
00:33:584 (1,2,3,4,5) - mmmm still boring. That long slider is out of place too. Try to create a theme in your song, and reuse, or at least be consistent with how you build some patterns and sliders.
00:37:240 (1,1,1,1) - yeah like I've said, try to not create a new style every 10 seconds in the song. This is just built like this to be new I feel.
00:39:067 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - Not fun.
00:41:809 (5,6,7) - great to see some triplets (use more triplets, it's like a defining feature of Hards, just as streams are for insanes). But why is there a small jump to the oddly shaped slider?
00:59:630 (1,2,3,1,2,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - This is the best part of the map!
01:02:142 - you're missing a beat here.

Phew, I think I said something about almost every note there. Because I think you need to work on almost all of it.
Build some flow, use triplets, be consistent and make more interesting sliders, keep a steady rhythm, more sliders

I can provide more specific suggestions and examples of patterns if you'd like, just message me ingame anytime.

But really the best advice I can give is to just look up and play some ranked TV size maps at about the same bpm as this. And feel how they play.
