I simplified everything quite a bit but otherwise the post would be too long.
Insane:
Hitsounding:
There is very little hitsounding on the map and what little hitsounding there is, is very inconsistent, for exmaple:
you use a hit finish at 00:07:867 (1) but not at 00:08:769 (5) or 00:11:476 (1).
00:15:085 (1) - why is there nothing here? you clearly have a deep kick on the song, but no hitsounding on the map.
same thing with 00:15:988 (5) and at various other points in the map (and I would suggest you to use the drum hitclap for those kicks in particular).
as I suggested above, drum claps at 00:22:303 (1), 00:23:206 (2), 00:24:107 (2) and 00:25:010 (2).
00:25:461 (4) - no hitsounding needed here.
00:25:912 (1,2,3,4) - the clap at the end of those sliders are not needed, and again, at the beggining of the sliders you should use drum claps, not normal claps.
00:25:461 (4) - clap here, at the beggining of the slider.
Mapping:
No idea why you're mapping on grid level one, and while I won't say it's bad and you should switch it back, if you want to do fancy sliders, or anything other than a straight slider and don't want it to look ugly you need higher grid level (at least 3 in my opinion).
00:31:551 (1) - I think this slider is ugly.
I think the big sliders starting at 00:58:393 (1) would play better if they went faster.
Normal:
The sliders are too fast for a Normal, otherwise is mostly just the same as my suggetions for the insane diff:
More hitsounding, higher grid level, less ugly sliders.
The last thing I have to say about this diff is that you're cutting too much mapping out in an attempt to make the map easier, for example:
00:30:197 - There is a huge kick here but no hitsounding.
00:30:423 (3) - This slider is mapping nothing except right at the end.
And those are just examples, what I said above continues happing across the whole map.
