Needs a Normal.

The title is The Doll Maker of Bucuresti (You forgot The)

[Background]
The Background is too big, crop or resize it to 1024x768

[Mp3]
Huge part of the Mp3 is unused, cut it

[All diffs]
I suggest you end the beatmap at 01:58:420 when the song loops
Change the source to Perfect Cherry Blossom and add Touhou as tag instead
Set a Preview point
Don't add ,'s in the tags (Like Alice, Margatroid, Love, ZUN)

[Storyboard]
I find the Storyboarded claps to sound awful, they are just badly used and annoying (But that's just me, a Storyboarded hitsounds hateer

)

00:34:736 (2) - This slowdown is awful, it doesn't fit, Easy difficulties shouldn't have a easy and the slider velocity is already slow.... (Remove it)
01:04:736 (1,1,1,1) - Isn't this considered to be spinner spam?
25 Seconds are way too big for an break

[Hard+]
Kinda dislike some of these short repeating sliders.

Also, tags are not seperated by commas, but spaces. So by simply seperating all by spaces, you're effectively adding another tag already.
