Easy

00:12:185 (1) - The whistle here seems out of place, if you are using this here, you should do so 00:01:337 (1) - here, 00:06:761 (1) - here, 00:08:117 (2) - on the tail of this and so on. For consistency's sake.
From 00:23:032 - to 00:38:965 - Why are you using different rhythm (and therefore representing the music in different ways) even though the music is the same?
00:38:287 (2,3,4) - Also stuff like these are considered difficulty spikes in easy diffs, avoid using so many notes.
00:44:727 (1,2,3) - Don't expect someone who has opened this game for the first time to be able to play a red tick like that. Especially when there is a slider starting on it (which is wrong from the beginning).
00:47:439 (1,2,3) - Same instance, it's pretty clear that there are beats on the white ticks but you avoid them. They may not be as noticeable as the rest of the music, but they are the ones who set the main structure of the song and they should be the ones who set the main structure of your beatmap as well.
00:55:575 (1,2) - This for example is a very good rhythm to go with on the previous instances. Simple, easy and follows the music.
01:04:727 - End the slider here.
02:11:507 (1,2,3) - Same as the beginning, if you changed anything after all; do so here as well. (Not only this one, check further)
= For the most part of this diff, it feels like the player just goes round and round and maybe change directions a couple of times; there are some cool diversive patterns though .

Chu's Normal

00:02:524 - You can place a note on top of the next slider's head and map this. Since this is a normal diff, it should be fine.
00:05:236 - Same goes for this; there are other instance afterwards so check them out. (If by mapping this you exceed the 2.25* then by all means, don't do it)
00:24:049 (1) - This is really out of place here. Firstly it's weird how you cut the rhythm 00:23:032 (4) - here and then don't map the new sounds imitatively starting at least from 00:23:371 -. Furthermore, you start mapping sounds that do not necessarily follow the general rhythm of this song, making everything inconsistent --> unpredictable--> hard and weird to play to. In general this is not something that you would want to do on such a difficulty.
00:31:846 - For example it's a no-brainer that you should map this.
01:13:880 (2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - This is definitely too hard. I say you take a better look into the rhythm and nerf it a bit to your liking.
01:19:982 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2) - Same goes for this. Especially when it comes to rhythms like 01:19:982 (1,2,3,4,5) - that, which are really hard to play to.
= I will conclude my mod of this difficulty here as I fee like it has too many issues to be addressed and if I were to actually continue, I would end up asking you to change the while infrastructure of this beatmap.

Hard

00:02:577 (3) - Sure this is 1/6. But taking in consideration that this is a Hard difficulty, you should go for playability over correcting the rhythm when it comes down to it. I would personally change that to 1/4. (And the ones after that)
From 00:23:453 to 00:44:724 - Same issue as the Normal difficulty, you map everything based on the random sounds that appear throughout the song, while ignoring the basic structure, making everything inconsistent --> unpredictable--> hard and weird to play to. I will just point out some issues that I feel like mentioning for the sake of actually improving it.
00:24:385 - Don't skip that, there is a beat there.
00:24:216 - Also the sound that starts here does not last until the next red tick, but it ends on the next white tick.
00:27:775 - What about this one? The sounds that started on the previous red tick ends here and not on the next one.
00:25:741 - Don't skip that. It's a major beat and must be played!
00:29:301 (2,3,4) - These 3 are the same sound with simply different pitch.You should use equal spacing for them. Not to mention that the jump is really unnecessary here.
00:30:487 (5,6) - Delete 6 and make 5 a reverse slider, better huh?
00:33:877 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - If you can give a valid reason on why you used different rhythm here compared to 00:28:792 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - as well as that weird jump 00:34:724 (4,5,6,7) - here with the anti-jumps, then fine. If not then re-think both the rhythm and the spacing used here. Sadly I have no suggestion regarding changing your current pattern/rhythm as I would never use anything close to that to begin with.
00:38:453 (4,5,6) - Why would you do something like that on a Hard difficulty, this is a huge difficulty spike. (This is the reason people map Hard/Normal/Easy difficulties with steady DS)
00:39:640 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Oh and you keep doing that afterwards

00:44:724 - Don't you think it would be amazing if the player could actually tap here?
00:55:911 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Insert: Creativity. This becomes boring after the first 4 hitobjects >.<
01:01:334 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - Same thing.
01:07:097 (3) - How do you expect the player to know there is such a SV change here and react nicely to it?
01:06:462 - Also you can delete this line and set the SV as 1.3 on the previous one.
01:07:775 (1) - Replace with a slider and end it on the upcoming white tick. Did you even listen to the music here?
01:08:453 - Replace with a slider and end it on the upcoming red tick.
01:08:623 (4,3) - There are plenty ways to avoid this overlap, but you should have thought of that while mapping this because now it will be a pain to fix it and still make it look and play nice.
01:08:792 - Use a slide here and end it on the upcoming red tick as you should have deleted the already existing slider from the previous suggestion.
01:09:131 (1,2) - STOP STARTING SLIDERS ON RED TICKS FOR GOD'S SAKE! Don't you see that the rhythm is wrong if you do so?
01:11:673 (4,1) - Are you trying to blanket?
01:23:368 (3,4,5) - I can keep my cursor steady here and still get 3*300. Do you really want that to be possible with such a cool sound on the background?
01:25:402 (1,2,1,2) - Compare the rhythms you've used here to how the music is. You represent the same sounds with different hitobjects... Which is initially not a good thing to do.
01:27:521 - Place place a note here, you've used triplets before on WAY less noticeable stuff, why not do so now?
01:27:690 - And it would be cool if you placed a not here as well. I mean, if you expect the player to be able to play inconsistent rhythms, clear triples and react to different spacing, why not also expect him to be able to clear mini-streams?
01:42:351 - Don't skip that.
= Again I will have to conclude my mod here as I feel like it has the same issues with Normal (and probably more since you are actually able to use more hitobjects and harder rhythms). I actually went ahead and pointed out more stuff than I would want to in order for you to see that I would make you change the whole thing. I gave you enough examples for mistakes that you've made so you can fix others of the same nature. Keep in mind that there are also mistakes in-between the ones I mentioned.

General

- Offset should be -21
- Check tags on Raiden's Muzukashii as they conflict with the rest difficulties's tags.
= I did not mod the harder diffs as it would probably take the whole page and much of my time. I would MUCH more prefer if you poked me in-game so we can address the issues on the harder difficulties using IRC. Keep in mind that I barely spent 10% of the time I should on this mapset in order to get it to a closer-to-rankable state. Talk to me in game if you are actually willing to improve this set.
