Sorry I still think your gap between hard and insane is too large(discuss it with some QATs as well).

Edit: after my second thinking, I decide to pop it for now, please balance the difficulty before getting qualified.

Insane: reduce 1/4 jumps (both quantity and degree) and simplify rhythm on those 1/8 sliders which don't fit the music well and not good to play.

Hard: try to use more 1/4 rhythm(I mean 1/4 sliders along with a few circles but don't make too large jumps).

About overmap, I thought the Insane diff isn't that overmapped coz the objects all mainly following the accompaniment but not the vocal. Here are lots of 1/4 rhythms(listen carefully and you will find) in the accompaniment and I just followed the rhythm

Here are lots of 1/4 rhythms(listen carefully and you will find) in the accompaniment and I just followed the rhythm

So I modded this without my headphones, so when I rechecked it with headphones, yeah, a lot more stuff was clearer. (Still a little bit of overmapping, but honestly I don't care because it's still relatively playable)

Just going to do some damage control while I rank this

1) Background is 1280x768.

Background images must be at a maximum of 1024x768 pixels for 4:3, 1366x768 pixels for 16:9. Although 1366x768 (16:9) is recommended, most background ratios that are 4:3 or 16:9 should also work reasonably well (for example, 800x600 or 852x480). Using an image with a different ratio is fine, but will result in letterboxing (black bars at the top/bottom of the screen) or upscaling (resized image to fill the whole screen).

if this gets unranked i am literally uninstalling this game.

Timing appears to be off. You should try 544 for the offset! (Thanks to Shiro)

00:56:598 (1,2,3,4,1) - Uh well.. why did you slowdown this section? It doesn't compliment the song at all, because it stays the same, and to be honest, it's quite out of nowhere. You should stick to the SV you've used before!
00:29:963 (2) - I think this is pretty nice, but you should 00:30:804 (4) - make this a single circle. It sounds quite off, I think the song is not pretty accurate here.
00:39:776 (1,2,3,4,1) - I think you could emphasise this part way better with following the song more closer. Like that, it seems like a pretty boring overmap to me!
00:48:608 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - That's just from my personal side of view, but I think a star pattern would play way more confortable than a pentagon shape. (ignore the slider http://puu.sh/cv5Re.png ) up to you.
