Problem Upload on a Beatmap

Hello guys,

I have 1 song, the video, and i created 3 difficulties for that.
Easy, Normal, and Hard done, i tried to upload, BUT, when i tried, there is this : "Video playback failed, missing a dll file (try running the updater)" with a error : -1 .

I mapped the easy, the normal, and a half of the hard a long time ago. Maybe i delete the video or the mp3, so i tried to download it again,... but the same result...

What can i do?

Did you do what the error says and try running the updater?

I asked the tchat "modhelp", and they said : ''Update Osu with the updater.''

I do that, but nothing happens...

Try to reestablish all your maps by pressing F5

it will reprocess all your maps.

I think its a problem with the video then,

can you try to get a better video?

NOTE : Make sure your connection is stable when uploading please.

This is the only video available, and it works on Osu (when i says it works, the video works when i map it, and when i test it).

And my connection is okay.

Can you convert the video file to .avi format?

Try experimenting with the video formats.

The video is on .avi ! Osu don't want the .mp4
