Why does this map give so much pp

So I was casually mashing my F2 and playing whatever came up and I DTd https://osu.ppy.sh/b/443272?m=0, ended up giving me 190pp which pretty much felt as if I just cheated because it was a really easy play. Is there any reason as to why this map gives so much PP or is the pp system really badly flawed atm?

I think it gave so much pp cause of the recent changes to the algorithm. The beatmap is almost 4 minutes long and you got above 99% accuracy on it.

I got 200pp from it

Because it's long and you probably got a good accuracy on it.

Although I have to say most scores with DT (Or other scores don't give enough) are piss easy and give too much PP, my top ranks scoreboard is proof of it, along with many other people.
