02:05:043 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - (same area in other difficulties) I recommend turning this from a bunch of redundant 3 second breaks to one long break. This would make more sense break wise.

Couple of difficulty spread suggestions, would help to make the difficulty spread more even.
01:30:943 (1) - That note is hard to hit after the previous spinner. Also why not just make that one long spinner? Reduces spinner spam, hard to hit note, etc.
02:33:960 (1,1,1) - Same here
02:51:419 (1,1,1) - And here
Overall, Hard doesn't really feel like an "in the middle" map in terms of difficulties.

Im going to half to agree with everyone else in this thread and say that insane is too similar to hard. Insane looks good as it is, but id extremely recommend toning hard down a lot.

- Larger Circle Size (this one im a stickler for)
- Lower Overall Difficulty (okay this one i'll be a bit more lienient. The way I have it set now has the Star difficulty at an even 3 stars which is what we're aiming for.
