as much as i understood (i hope i dont give false informations away) you choose a time/date to play with the other team(with PMs, in the osu chat or however else you want), then just create your own multiplayer room (at the time you appointed of course), let the people from both teams join, make the teams as they are (i mean make the people from your team red and the other team blue for example), then you make the !roll command to see who gets to choose first a map. after you finish with the game you just have to tell axerayden (not sure if it was to him or another axe member) how much you did win/loose and which maps you played (you could just send him the MP link from your game). i hope that cleared it up a bit for you

Unfortunately that is not possible but playing with less members are allowed.

Due to the fact that our torunaments will be held all the time. If you fail to put a full 100% due to real life that is ok as there will always be more possibilities and we cannot change the structure as then the Tournament will become way to long as it already will take a very long time to complete. I trust you understand
