Problem Details:
The notification "Wait at least one second before pausing again."
Will persist for an unknown variable of time.
The notification will only show during menu and breaks and not during play time.
The steps I've taken to reproduce the bug are the following:
1: Start a song.
2: Pause the song via the pause hotkey.
3: Resume song
4: Force it to pause via alt-tabbing.
