Problem Details:
I converted .gif into animated .png file and uploaded it as avatar to my [ur=https://osu.ppy.sh/u/3228370l]userpage[/url].
The thing is that it's not working not only for me but for my friends too. On other hand SteRRum's avatar works perfectly.
