00:11:655 (1) - I recommend removing the clap you put here to stay consistent with the head of 00:08:099 (1) - and 00:15:211 (1) -

00:20:988 (3,4,5) - Rearrange these into an equilateral; triangle so that it will look nicer and less scruffy. Make sure to keep (5) blanketted though.

00:43:655 (3) - Move this to x:264 y:205 to it blankets the head of 00:41:877 (2) - in a nicer fashion.

00:50:767 (4,5,6) - I don't like this pattern for 2 reasons; first I find that (5,6) are too curved for it to look nice, and the repeat arrow of (6) is partially overlapped, making it hard to read. I'd consider changing the position of the notes a bit so that they can easily be read.

00:52:544 (6) - Add a NC here? I think it'll be better so it would be more consistent with the main NC pattern you've been doing for most of the map.

01:13:433 (5) - Add a clap here to keep this a more consistent clap pattern, making it sound more pleasing to the ears.

01:16:544 (5,1,3) - Add claps on the sliderends and the circle I mentioned to keep the clap pattern going. I think it makes more sense, I don't know why it suddenly stops :/

[Normal]

I feel that you need to add a larger variety of hitsounds. Right now a can't really hear them that much. There are also combo inconsistencies, so be sure to sort that out.

00:13:433 (3) - I suggest adding a finish here so it is more consistent, since the end of 00:09:433 (2) - has a finish as well.

00:28:544 (5,2) - I suggest moving these two a bit so that they are on the same x:y as each other. I think this'll look neater this way.

00:37:433 (2) - This could be blanketted better, try moving this circle to x:322 y:178 to improve this.

00:47:211 (4) - This slider is a little too curved, try curving it less so it is identical to 00:45:433 (1) - , helping keep consistency with sliders.

01:01:433 (6,1,2,3) - To be honest, this doesn't play or look well since (2,3) is hidden beneath (6). The best advice I could give you is to redo the pattern.

01:09:433 (2,2) - Not fond of how these two sliderends are overlapping eachother in a way that they are only partially visible. Fix this by either making it a perfect stack or by not overlapping them at all.


[Gex's Hard]

00:20:544 (1) - There's no need for the NC here, it will be more consistent if you removed it.

00:36:544 (1) - Add a soft finish here? It'll make the other two finishes on the starts of 00:35:655 (5,7) - sound stronger since 3 is more memorable than 2.

00:40:099 (1) -Might want to add a soft finish here as well to keep consistency if you accepted my suggestion above.

00:56:988 (3) - Curve this a bit more so that the blanket over 00:57:877 (4) - becomes a lot clearer and noticeable. It'll look better imo.

01:00:544 (3) - Like my above suggestion, this will look better curved.

01:10:322 (1) - Add a clap here for similar reasons as my first two suggestions for this diff, 3 is more memorable than 2.

01:17:433 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - This pattern feels a little out of place, since it's the only one of it's kind throughout the entire mapset. You should replace it with something else.

  1. 00:08:099 - I dont understand why youre using normal sample set, it should be at least soft sampleset to keep consistency with this part 00:41:655 (and using soft sample set also sounds better for this first part)

  3. 00:16:766 (1) - Because youre using a slider, im going to supposed that you started to follow the vocals, on which case, its wrong, the singer starts to hold his note at 00:16:988 - so slider should start there
  4. 00:21:322 (3) - If youre trying to follow the guitars, you should hitsound it to make it more obvious, else it looks random imo.
  5. 00:24:988 (4) - Inconsistent with what you did above, you should also add a note at 00:25:099 - to keep it consistent, or delete the note at 1/4 from 00:21:322 (3) -
  6. 00:26:433 - Its missing a note, but you should not just add an circle in here, I recommend you something more like this: http://puu.sh/bhE3E/c4189f2548.jpg
  7. 00:32:174 (1,1,1,1) - Absolutely no need for NC spam here, take them out, there are other ways to highlight the fact that they are in 1/6, and spamming NC is not one of them. One of them would depend on how you mapped it, but it failed since its pretty much the same as the rest of the map, so you have the option to remap it so its very clear its 1/6, or just replace them with a slider with repeats (the easiest way)
  8. 00:38:211 (6,1) - Maaaybe increase the spacing between these two object to make it more obvious that both of them are part of different parts. In fact, Id remap it to make it more differentt, but up to you, its just mere personal taste.
  9. 00:45:211 - Vocals pretty strong here, it shouldnt be mapped by a slider end here.
  10. 00:53:877 (1,1,1,1,1,1) - Again with the NC spam.

    There were some good parts in the map, I wont deny it (00:48:988 - ) and hitsounds could be better if you were to replace some of your clap hitsounds with a whistle.

I played them all and it all seemed fine, but Gex's hard mode has drain too high. Its hard to make a come back, I had 88% in the end and finished, but sometimes drain seemed too harsh.

  2. 00:51:211 - Here, the slider 4 and next slider 1 overlap. Please fix this by either A) Slightly increasing the AR (which I wouldn't recommend) or B) Slightly adjusting the slider 1 accordingly.
  3. 00:56:099 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - Try to map different sliders when doing symmetry here to make it more interesting. I see that the other mods have mentioned this pattern as well. Please try for different slider looks completely. Some given more curve and some no curve at all. Remember that you have the whole left/right sides of the grid at your fingertips.

  5. 00:40:099 - you could set the the distance snap a bit higher to avoid 1/2 overlaps at this part. I am not forcing you to change this part now, but you can kee it in mind for your future maps.
  6. 00:55:211 (1) - please, place its tail somewhere else as it gets covered and looks quite tricky. An example
  7. 01:00:544 (3) - minor - as the sudden red nod represents nothing and looks quite messy, i would not use this kind of slidershape here. Consider changing it, unless it's a part of your style that you would REALLY like to keep.

    The diff needs more work, I think. You can make it better, besides, the diff gap between Normal and Hard is kinda too big, in my opinion. Try to simplify the diff a bit and clean it up a bit, some patterns are untidy and need more attention. Not a bad diff, but it can get better.

  3. 00:45:766 (2) - you can mute the tail since there is pretty much nothing on it. Vocals also fade here, so, the muted tail will fit nicely.
  4. 00:51:988 (2,3) - sudden low-DS triplet breaks the patterns and the excitement that those 1/4s gave. An 1/4 slider with x1,6 DS here is a better idea, try it. Test it in action and see if you like my idea or not. Example
  5. 01:09:877 (4,5) - I don't feel like the spacing change here represents anything in the song. Try to keep the DS consisstent? Or at least place a new combo to warn people about the spacing change.

    Not that much to say. Some patterns were a bit exaggerated, if you ask me, but in general, that was a fine diff.
Your mapset might need a few more mods, but it looks promising! Keep up the good work!

  1. 00:46:544 (3,4) - I wouldn't use 3/4 circles at all in easy or normal. It's too hard for them to read this no matter how it's presented. If you must use 3/4 rhythm, go with repeating sliders.
  2. 00:58:766 (5,2) - This barely doesn't stack but 00:59:211 (6,3) - does, seems ugly. Make sure both stack
[Hard]
This song uses a lot of 3/4, but especially for hard diff/below you should avoid putting 3/4 circles next to sliders and just go safe with a repeating 3/4 slider, because 3/4 rhythm is really hard to read, even with distance snap. Like this 01:01:433 (4,5) - and 00:56:988 (3,4,5,6,7) -
  1. HP7 is way too high for a 135 bpm hard diff. HP5 would be better.
  2. 00:22:322 (1,2) - these sliders can blanket each other
  3. 01:00:322 (2,3) - nowhere in the music indicates there should be a jump here, plus the spacing is very misleading. There is 3/4 beat from the previous object (also you should use less 3/4 circles next to sliders and more 3/4 sliders because the former messes up polarity) but that's spaced smaller than the 1/2 beat jump after the circle.
  4. 01:03:211 (1,2,3,4,5) - this distance snap works out, but as I said it's still hard to read because it's 3/4
Hmm aside from the rhythm I mentioned, the object placement design could be better. The frequent 1/4 sliders make it look like an insane.

  1. HP8 is way too high for a 135 bpm song because the object density is too low. Should use HP6-7.
  2. 00:26:988 (5) - the jump between this and the stream is too hard, please move it closer to the stream.
  3. 00:57:211 (2,3,4) - I don't like how vocals are on slider repeat or slider ends. You should map this part to have keypresses on the vocals. Plus, this part is overmapped anyways. There is no reason for a slider to begin here 00:57:211 (2) - because nothing in the music indicates it. This part should emphasize the vocals, maybe something like this with the keypresses on the right spots:
  4. 01:19:211 (1) - blanket is a bit off, drag end point to 284, 308
