[Archived] Issues With Score Uploading

Problem Details: Basically, no matter what beatmap I complete, my scores won't upload. My level bar won't progress. Nothing. I don't know anymore and it's frustrating me. I've sent an e-mail to accounts@ppy.sh aswell, awaiting answer. A member in the #help channel suggested a fix: it was basically to delete the osu!.dll file and re-download it using osu!me. Didn't work.

EDIT: it's not just the game, I can't upload anything to the site. (ex: profile pictures.) the page attempts to refresh but never changes.

both have nothing to do with the issue stated. have checked, no problem on both.

how fast is your internet speed? low-speed internet may be the case.

up speed: 100kb/s.
down speed: 600kb/s.

could this be the issue

in some cases uploading something (pictures etc) on a website may fail because of low speed / unstable internet / server problem

although your upload speed isn't that bad for uploading scores. try to use proxy?

proxy? doesnt that halve your internet

Also, proxies are usually for changing your address or getting past security measures involving connections.

I'd try a proxy out right about now (like Nathanael suggested).

Well, shit. I got FoxyProxy for Firefox and tried uploading my profile pic, worked.

What do I do to fix it? I can't use a proxy forever...

Then it means your ISP blocked some of the features to the osu! website (maybe)

cant be
because like, this worked some days ago. im now using a vpn, but only until it gets fixed or get an answer from accounts@ppy.sh.
it cant be my isp for the simple reason that theyre so dumb, they cant even find their ip in a command prompt with ipconfig

What do you mean they can't find their IP? What does ipconfig show you?

this has nothing to do lol
i was just showing an example of how dumb my ISP is by saying that they cant even find their own IP in the list that appears in ipconfig

but yeah problem's still there but vpn's doing good :)
