It would be great if we could skin the numbers that are greater than 9. (Like default-10.png, default-11.png, etc.)
Why do I want this ? Because in my skin, i use japanese numbers (一, 二, 三, etc.) and when the combo reaches 10 it shows "一零" (一 is one and 零 is zero in japanese and it doesn't mean ten at all ! It just means "one zero" .-.) instead of "十" which is the real 10 in japanese.
