[Archived] Scroll bars not orking with mouse

Problem Details:

Idk if it's only for me, but scroll bars are not working and i have to use a mousewheel (which is broken so it sucks)
If not a bug - you know what to do.

Have you disabled mouse wheel? If so enable it again.

No such thing. My mousewheel is technically broken.

Anyways i was talking about scrollbars..

I also have this quite a lot, when using tablet (so no scrollwheel) so I can't see anything in the F 8/9 windows
