01:23:401 (1) - This spinner also feels a bit weird. It comes out of nowhere, and is very short too. You should map something else here methinks.

hard is more like normal for me, think about renaming difficulty.
Insane:
0:28:933 - don't like how those beats under sliders sound. I'd remove them and make sliders longer by 1/4 timing division.
1:21:699 don't like second slider. Like it better when remove second slider and make first longer by 1/2 of timing division
2:11:911 and 2:13:613 - how about placing a beat at those places under the end of sliders?
last 2 sliders: after finishing all work mind about changing beat snap to 1/8 and move them exactly one timing division backwards in timeline, makes them sound better in my opinion.
