Actually, it's only spelled "practise" in the UK (and Canada) if it's used as a verb (I will practise my guitar).

The word in bold is spelled wrong. It should be practice.
As a person from Germany, I would've expected you to know that.
If it's used as a noun, then the correct spelling is "practice" in both the UK and US. In that sentence it is a noun, therefore it indeed should be practice.
Though as a person from the US, I wouldn't have expected you to know that.
