Hello! M4M from PM.
Well, here's my mod:

Railgun's Normal:
00:04:592 (2,3) – Why not make a blanket here as well?
I just moved the slider upwards a bit.00:22:016 (3,4) – These two sliders’ shapes looks a bit ugly. Don’t curve them so much. I’d say rather just make them straight sliders. (Just my own opinion though)
00:26:648 (2,1) – Improve this blanket.
00:38:999 (1,2) – Make a blanket here. Like this:
I just moved 00:39:881 (2) – a bit to the right.00:51:791 (1) – Move this slider downwards till it’s somewhere here: X:300 Y:192. To make a nice square shape with the previous notes.
01:28:845 (1) – Same here. Move this slider till it’s here: X:328 Y:160 also for a nice square shape.
Really nice Normal.

Hard:
00:00:622 (1,2,1,2,3,4) – Try to make a nice pattern shape with these notes. Something like this:
I formed a flower shape.00:03:931 (5,1,2,3,4) - Maybe form a sort of half-circle with these notes. Like this:
00:09:445 (1,3) – Try to make a blanket here. It will look neater.
00:43:851 (1,5) – This stack can be improved. Move this hitcircle: 00:44:954 (5) – till it’s here: X:370 Y:16100:45:175 (6,7,8) – Try to make this double blanket look better.
I actually just curved the two sliders a bit more.00:50:688 (7) – I think the halfcircle shape will look neater if you maybe place this slider somewhere here: X:392 Y:24400:51:791 (1,4) – This stack can also be improved. Place the hitcircle: 00:52:894 (4) – here: X:131 Y:10400:54:217 (9) – Move this circle one grid down for a better stack with 00:53:556 (6) - . Here: X:148 Y:25601:06:348 (5,6) – Blanket?
Also a really nice diff.

Overall, lovely mapset.
Here’s a star for you!
Good Luck! :D

  1. AR 4 fits much better with the pace of the diff imo. I think AR4.5 is ok (and +2.5 AR transition from Normal -> Hard)
  2. 00:01:505 - Add Whistle Done
  3. 00:05:475 (3) - Replace this slider with a single circle? For consistency with other rhythms you used, for example 01:32:815 (3,1) - Done, thanks~ Did for 00:20:031 (1,2) - too
  4. 00:14:738 to 00:35:911 - I'd add whistles on all big white ticks that have no clap, because there seem to be cute piano / vocal sounds Done, thanks!
  5. 00:17:164 (1,2) - Please avoid 1/2-stacks since you are already using 1/1-stacks (and even more kinds of stacks) in this difficulty - It will be really difficult for newbies to tell the difference so I'd recommend you to space this one out. No change, I think it is more confusing when spaced out.
  6. 00:22:016 (3) - Imo flow and aesthetics would improve if this was a straight slider: http://puu.sh/dsS0U/40d918e099.jpg Changed to circle to avoid overlap / increase playability.
  7. 00:30:618 (1,2,3) - What about this rhythm: http://puu.sh/dsTyX/978809f865.jpg You'd have better emphasis on the big white tick and generally it would sound better with the music imo. Done, thanks
  8. 00:37:235 and 00:39:881 - Missing claps Done
  9. 00:38:999 (1,2) - Spacing >w< Lowered to 1.18x
  10. 00:49:145 (1,2,3,4,1) - Turn them into a diamond shape, to make the pattern more clean? http://puu.sh/dsSqs/0e532ae4a3.jpg Diamond not intended, changed pattern.
  11. 00:54:548 (1) - Start this spinner at 00:54:879 - Having it 1/4 after the circle is too close for the easiest difficulty, since newbies need some reaction time even before spinners. Also, your current method will cause playability problems on other gamemods, which are to be considered since the mapset doesn't have any mode-specific difficulties. Done
  12. 00:59:731 (1) - Nice!
  13. 01:03:481 (2) - Replace with two circles please. 01:03:701 - is more emphasized than 01:03:481 - so there shouldn't be a slidertail :) Also, the current rhythm might be difficult to understand for newbies since they have to click on the red tick only. I don't want to use double 1/2 circles, I think the 1/2 slider fits it better. I changed some curves, placement, etc. to make it more playable so it should be better now.
  14. 01:07:671 (3) - What about http://puu.sh/dsUl1/9e787b4765.jpg and then also add a clap at 01:08:333 - ? Same could be done at 01:18:258 Used a different pattern
  15. 01:10:318 (1) - Imo this slidershape could be improved by curving the first section a bit more and tidying up the last section, like this: http://puu.sh/dsSLX/0dcf2829a9.jpg (Code in case you like it) Done
  16. 01:14:067 (2) - Same as 1:03 Improved playability
  17. 01:18:258 (1) - (In case you didn't take my previous suggestions and didn't replace this slider) You can make neat wavesliders by placing the anchors symmetrically like this: http://puu.sh/dsSZ0/6ca0738166.jpg It makes the map feel much more clean when playing it. Done
  18. 01:22:007 (2) - Same as 1:03 Some change
  19. 01:24:654 (2) - ^ ^
  20. 01:26:198 (1,2) - What about http://puu.sh/dsUrC/8f57a7fb7e.jpg ? And clap at 01:26:860 Shortened Slider instead
  21. 01:28:734 - Maybe you can add Pappy's kiai fountain here too, it seems quite nice :3 I prefer 3, it seems like the magic number~
  22. 01:30:168 - Finish fits better than Clap here imo Tried a finish and didn't like it
  23. 01:32:815 (3,1) - Please don't use a 3/2-stack. Same reason as previously, stacks are difficult to read for newbies, so they'll expect this to be 1/1 or 2/1. I personally find this part easier to read than spacing it out, especially with added game mods.
  24. Most of it were suggestions, only few was highly recommended (like the stacks) so feel free to deny much :b
Thanks for helpful mod~

Well, here's my mod:

Railgun's Normal:
00:04:592 (2,3) – Why not make a blanket here as well? Changed in previous mod, although the blanket here would not fit when played IMO. I personally prefer flow over blankets.
I just moved the slider upwards a bit.00:22:016 (3,4) – These two sliders’ shapes looks a bit ugly. Don’t curve them so much. I’d say rather just make them straight sliders. (Just my own opinion though) Also fixed in the previous mod, thanks for catching this though~
00:26:648 (2,1) – Improve this blanket. I think it's fine as-is, blanket was not intended here.
00:38:999 (1,2) – Make a blanket here. Like this: Some change, although I don't want to use a perfect blanket here.
I just moved 00:39:881 (2) – a bit to the right.00:51:791 (1) – Move this slider downwards till it’s somewhere here: X:300 Y:192. To make a nice square shape with the previous notes. This pattern isn't very nice to play IMO. I changed it to something else, I hope you like it~
01:28:845 (1) – Same here. Move this slider till it’s here: X:328 Y:160 also for a nice square shape. This is cool but I don't want to use this pattern here. I may use it in future maps, though.
Really nice Normal.
Thanks for mod~

HAPPY ENDING YES!!!!!

Metadata:
Unless you can find a source that says "(TV Size)" in the title, then remove it

mp3:
it's over 192 kbps. Compress pls

Timing:
BPM: 136.000 (Unless there's a reason to have the .020)
Offset: 1473 (Or something like that. tl;dr, it needs to be moved further back.)

Note that the above timing might be adjusted slightly by the mp3 compression

Other than the timing being kind of really off, the rest of the map is fine. I'd like you to get a timing check, then come back and I can bubble this.

CDFA, you forgot to mention that the video file (Hepi Endo.avi) is unused and contains an audio file XD
Anyways, heres a new audio + video file (you may or may not have to change the offset/video offset): http://puu.sh/ekuY5/ae2072220e.zip
I'll double-check the wav files for delay soon

EDIT: Both soft-sliderslide.wav and soft-slidersilde.wav files are not completely muted/silenced (both files contains 1.31 KB). You must use a 0 byte (well...44 bytes) file. Use these files instead: http://puu.sh/ekzQf/dceb9f7305.zip

This song is overall weak made, some instruments (ex. violin) are just off, the rest is fine so current timing fits. :3

Sorry about this Pappy, but I have to pop this bubble due to some unrankable issues.
This map could still use some more improvements.

[General]
  1. These hitsound wav files are unused. Please remove them if you are not using them (it's unrankable):
    soft-sliderslide3.wav
    soft-hitfinish3.wav
  2. The current BG files you are using are not 16:9 or 3:4 ratio dimension size. Not unrankable, but I do recommend it for quality purposes. Try these files below (both are in 16:9 ratio):
  3. Remove OSB file. You don't need it since it's used for Storyboard scripting.
  4. Optional suggestion, but I would shift the offset to 181 (1 measure back) so the notes starts after the red timing section. This should not require re-snapping notes.
[Project Railgun's Normal]
  1. That's some strange hitsound volumes you got there (maybe use only 5% increments):
  2. 00:01:505 (2) - I don't think a volume decrease at the reverse is necessary since the piano sound doesn't soften at this part. I would consider removing the timing sections at 00:01:891 and 00:02:001. If you decided to keep it, you might as well decrease volume at 00:04:593 (2) and add green timing sections at 00:04:979 and 00:05:089.
  3. 00:04:593 (2) - In addition to above, I would consider adding a soft-whistle at the head of this slider since you added a soft-whistle to a similar with the reverse of 00:01:505 (2).
  4. 00:06:799 (1,3,1) - In my opinion, the soft-claps at the head of these sliders doesn't fit well with the music here since there's really no prominent musical sound that a soft-clap would emphasize. The piano is playing at these areas so personally I would replace the soft-claps with soft-whistles (and add a soft-finish at the start of 00:06:799 (1)-) Also remove the soft-clap and the soft-whistle sliderslides (not slider head) at 00:09:446 (1).
  5. 00:22:019 (3) - The end of this slider is off-grid (notice the y-coordinate is a negative number) and will touch the HP bar (on 2x lentgth setting) and/or even be off-screen on a 4:3 computer screen. Consider moving the slider end lower.
  6. 00:24:887 (4) - There's no sound/instrument playing at the end of this slider. Please replace this 1/2 slider with a circle.
  7. 00:59:740 (1) - The soft-clap at the head of this slider doesn't sound too good here imo. Same with the head of 01:02:387 (1) - head of 01:10:328 (1) - head of 01:12:975 (1). Also, this slider shape could be polished/blanketed better. Here is one example:
    Image (w/ script)

    436,64,59740,6,0,B|396:44|344:60|320:100|320:100|284:64|236:64|208:84,1,255,12|8,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:
  8. 01:15:622 (1) - I can hear a cymbal sound here. Try add an additional soft-finish at the head of this slider to emphasize it. Same with the head of 01:18:269 (1).
[Hard]
  1. You have unsnapped green timing sections at 00:12:091 - 00:14:738 - 00:46:498 - 00:53:776 - 00:53:997 - 00:54:217 - 00:54:438 - 00:55:761 - 01:08:553 - 01:08:774 - 01:08:995. Please re-snap these timing sections.
  2. 00:16:946 (6) - Just an observation, but is this slider using the old slider algorithm? I noticed the middle anchor point is not red color, but it behaves like one.
  3. 00:25:990 (2) - I prefer if you stack this note with the start of 00:26:210 (3) so it reads better.
  4. 00:30:622 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - The current pattern you used here doesn't follow the vocals too well. Try following the rhythm like this:
In addition, here's an example on how to apply it in your map (code included)

    256,248,30622,6,0,P|200:264|128:224,1,140,2|0,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:
    56,192,31284,1,2,0:0:0:0:
    56,192,31505,2,0,P|48:220|56:260,1,70,2|2,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:
    130,227,31946,2,0,P|132:156|80:112,1,140,10|0,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:
    28,52,32607,1,2,0:0:0:0:
    28,52,32828,2,0,P|60:32|92:28,1,70,2|0,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:
  5. 00:45:181 (6,7,8,9) - This current patten is pretty bland and doesn't emphasize the vocals too much. How about just use three 1/2 sliders an make a trianglar pattern like this (or something similar)?
    Image and Code

    291,136,45181,6,0,P|251:133|223:149,1,70,10|0,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:
    145,170,45622,2,0,P|162:205|190:222,1,70,2|0,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:
    248,280,46063,2,0,P|269:246|270:214,1,70,2|0,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:
  6. 00:58:857 (5,6) - These 1/4 kick sliders doesn't follow anything in the music. Consider replacing them a a 1/2 slider and circle:
  7. 01:09:887 (7) - In addition to above, this 1/4 kick slider also doesn't follow anything the music. Same deal with 01:20:475 (8).
  8. 01:31:063 (2) - Remove drum-additions? I'm assuming that it was not intentionally used (if this is not the case, feel free to keep it).
That's it for now. Try to get some more mods if you can and I will recheck this map later.

Optional suggestion, but I would shift the offset to 181 (1 measure back) so the notes starts after the red timing section. This should not require re-snapping notes.
I agree with that being optional but these things can happen due to osu! rounding a bit differently so if you choose to do this, Pappy, the folliwing can happen randomly:
- random objects unsnapping by 1ms
- sudden kiai unsnaps by 1 ms

at least that's what I experienced

Do not shift anything, first downbeat must be on 1505 and 00:00:622 (1,2) beats is just pick-up notes. For more info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anacrusis

I stand corrected @Okoratu. If that's the case then, the mapper don't have to change. :D
@Sieg: Good reference, but I don't really agree with that :P

In the end, it's not unrankable so that's a plus. =w=

  1. Optional suggestion, but I would shift the offset to 181 (1 measure back) so the notes starts after the red timing section. This should not require re-snapping notes. On nightcore, the finisher must be hearable on 00:59:740 but after shifting offset it is on 00:58:416

HelloSCV
from my queue

[General]
  1. i think there needs to be additional timing points on the last part of the song.
    01:35:939 - around 120bpm
01:37:050 - i have no idea about bpm orz

i know i kind of suck at checking multiple bpm changes but i'm pretty sure that the last part of this song should have some BPM points. so you'd better find some awesome timing helpers like Garven,Charles445,TicClick or someone else
[Railgun's Normal]
  1. 00:09:446 (1) - the whistle sound on slider's body sounds quite annoying. how about removing it?
  2. 00:12:093 - this should be snapped
  3. 00:35:916 (3,1) - swap NC for consistency (pls fix 00:38:563 (3,1) - this and 00:41:210 (3,1) - this too)
  4. 00:54:446 (5) - consider adding NC for consistency as well
  5. 01:02:387 (1) - i'm not sure if the clap on slider's head is necessary, what about removing it?
  6. 01:07:681 (3) - add NC for consistency
  7. 01:12:975 (1) - same opinion as 01:02:387 (1) -
  8. 01:30:622 (1,2) - swap NC for consistency
[Hard]
  1. 00:03:931 (5) - since you added most of whistles when they have quite high piano sound on the first part, try removing this whistle
  2. 00:42:534 (1) - consider removing this NC because of consistency issue. it seems that you added NC to indicate the jump pattern but i prefer keeping consistency rather than using NC like this. it doesn't mean that current NC is really unnecessary, just saying, or you would better add NC on 00:39:887 (4) - this according to your NC pattern.
  3. 00:55:769 (5,6,7) - i actually expected a kind of jump distance among these. it derserves to have it
  4. 01:09:005 (5) - this slider's head should have normal sampleset and soft additions due to consistency. and this feels a bit better. i also recommend you to do the same on 01:08:122 (2) - this slider's tail too
  5. 01:25:769 (6,7) - it seems that you added jump distance because of aesthetic issue. but it would be better if you place jump between 01:25:990 (7,1) - these rather than current one. probably stacking it with 4th note would be great
  6. 01:27:534 (1) - hmmmm try using auto sampleset on slider's head
  7. 01:32:828 (3,4) - it would be better if the objects have whsitle like the first part of the song
good luck~
