i'm not really sure if i'll be able to join the tourney if the time's gonna be in between 7am to 3pm here in my place (UTC/GMT +8 hours)

I haven't made the tourney roster yet so your all ok to join
Maybe it's to late but can i join the tourney?
Since things are already falling behind schedule I recommend getting some others to help you organize this, in order to organize something all on your own you need to put a lot of time into it, and you need to update things several times a day, not once or twice. Maybe put things on hold until you have someone with enough time to keep things updated almost constantly.

Sorry but 2 am for me (match A), it is too late for me, can it be around midnight 11 pm, 12 pm or 1 am (Recommended 11 pm or earlier), or switching to another time which is better for the participants?
