Why is the map pool so small? If these are bo5 games, players are forced to play songs with mods even if they don't want to. Also, there's no freemod songs.
I'm pretty sure he wanted us to play with mods for some matches i guess. However, I do agree with you on having some free-mod songsBok Choi wrote:

do we have to use the default skin or can we use the skin we normally use?
Do both people have to screenshot the score-screen or only one person? Since we're playing in multiplayer the result screen will show both of our scores.

Skin doesn't matter by all means use whatever you want, just stick to the same skin for the whole match pls.die9_8 wrote:

Vietz and I had versed each other this Saturday morning/afternoon. Although Vietz had won overall, I at least saw it coming, and had an enjoyable time. For the map pool, we had used the Master's League pool as neither of us had access to the Gold League pool. The results are here.
can we get the mappools for gold and silver??? i think we're all getting ready to begin matches.

The map pools for gold and silver both go up at 6pm GMT -7 today, which if you are unaware of time zones, is in 2 hours and 40 minutes from now.

But still, I think you're right. OP should check before if the map is available or not.

Why are there players already in round 2 without having to play in round 1? (Masters League)
They get seeds because there were an odd amount of players, seed priority goes to better rank as far as I know. This is what it seems to be like in gold anyway.Raniemi wrote:

On another note, these maps are pretty damn hard, as someone on the higher end of gold (15k) I can barely pass the HR choice and I've fced ar9.8 maps before and can comfortably pass ar10. Highly doubt many people in the lower end will be passing the HR or DT choices.

As someone whom is rank 23k (lower end of gold) and can comfortably play through all of the maps (not fc mind you) I didn't see the picks as ruthless or mean, ofc that could be the maps just cater more to my play style than yours but if there is universal agreement that the maps are too difficult I'll be open to changing the pool and down scaling overall difficulty.cheezstik wrote:

I'm not sure if I didn't convey this properly but for season 1 the same maps will be used in every round. I'm sorry if this information was not properly conveyed to all players. If it is requested bigger map pools and varying map pools will be introduced in coming seasons. Best of luck.
