Hi Liiraye, I finished my Insane today actually. I wasn't feeling too good so I decided to map the Insane meanwhile. Hope you like it and most importantly accept it! I tested it several times and it seems to be easier than your Extra so all good yayayayayayayaya

  1. Yo, those jumps tho. (I say this as a jump-lover) Good job with the distances.
  2. Although it is an Extra, and it's pretty hard to be picky with anything above Insane, I think it's quite unforgiving with an HP drain of 8 and OD of 9. That's just me. I probably shouldn't complain just because I failed the first playthrough xD, but that's how I feel.
  3. 00:32:973(4) I found it odd to play. The only odd part about this combo is that it ends the phrase (without ending the combo too) with a sliderend as the final downbeat. Usually, that would be fine wouldn't it? I just think, with the flow that you have going here, it seems weird to do that.

  1. Have you mapped a lot before? The patterns are quite fun to play.
  2. 00:56:912(1) I think this circle should be spaced a little bit further away from the last circle. Earlier, you introduced some jumps that, during my sightread, I thought were being replicated here. Although it is true to say "pay attention to the approach circles, Tsumi, you noob!," I pay a LOT of attention towards flow, patterns, jumps, and combos throughout a map I'm playing. I say this to clear the thought you might have that I'm just being picky.
[Hard]
  1. 00:08:427(3,1,2) These three sliders look a tad messy. Like, they look as if they are THERE, but not because they are connected to the next slider by flow. For reference, 00:18:124(3,1,2) looks a lot nicer. I can see how they flow together. I'm denying any sort of "flow" at 00:08:427 if you're wondering.

  1. 00:18:427(1,2) I'm not sure what distance spacing had to say about this (if you used it), but the sliderend of slider 1 is spaced with slider 2 the same way all the other quarter beats are. HOWEVER since slider 2 isn't a quarter beat from slider 1, I think you should indicate that more obviously by slider 2 (and I suppose the notes coming afterwards too since a change like this affects them) to the left a little bit. JUST enough to indicate the extra eighth beat after the quarter beat.
  2. It sounds better if you move the spinnerend from 01:37:215 to 01:37:064 in my opinion.

Although it is true to say "pay attention to the approach circles, Tsumi, you noob!," I pay a LOT of attention towards flow, patterns, jumps, and combos throughout a map I'm playing. I say this to clear the thought you might have that I'm just being picky. Hmm you have a valid point there, I still think that this is super easy to read and even if I would go for more spacing, it'd feel too much, the music doesn't ask for (much) more imho so keeping it like this is cool too~ I hope this makes sense xD

I also think this is fine because I tried to introduce players to this with easier jumps, such as 00:08:882 (5,6,7,8,9) - , 01:16:609 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2) - and 01:19:336 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - and that part isn't too hard to handle because the jumps are easier in Extra. These jumps spread well to the Extra itself too so there's another reason why I think these are appropriate enough to keep.

  1. Huh, video starts that late? Is that because of the Anime?

  2. Actually, your BPM is double from what it should be. BPM 99 goes perfectly with the drums and is what you should use.

[ZLOdeuka's Easy]

  1. 00:11:155 (4,5) - According to your previous rhythms, this one is kinda too difficult. Generally you should avoid 1/2 rhyhtms on Easys so just delete 5 and end the Slider on its position.
  2. 00:16:003 (4,5) - Same as above.
  3. 00:24:488 - Would be better to map this downbeat as you mapped the previous one aswell, it'd be a lot easier for newbies to follow the rhythm like that.
  4. 00:26:003 (4,5) - Constantly pressing circles is terribly tiering for newbies, so it becomes like harder and harder and will cause them to have a frustrating miss, how about making 4 and 5 a Slider?
  5. 00:57:973 (3) - Move this one down a bit more, so it will look less messy with 1.
  6. 00:59:942 (2) - Same as my first complaint, but this is even worse since the Slider is shorter which gives less recovery time to newbies.
  7. 01:02:367 (2,3,) - Same here again.
  8. 01:04:791 (2,3) - And again, you should be able to see those yourself by now.
  9. 01:05:700 (1,2,3) - Try to space them out a little bit more so the spacing will fit to 4 and 5?
  10. 01:18:124 (1,2) - It would be better not to start with a circle after that repeat Slider, will bring newbies more out of rhythm. So make 1 and 2 a Slider?

  1. Using NCs every second downbeat should work better here. Combos of 1 you have sometimes are too short and having shorter combos as in Easy seems weird.
  2. 00:08:730 (1) - Removing the curve might work better here to follow the previous Slider's movement.
  3. 00:19:033 (2) - The extra repeat here might confuse some players, how about spliting up into 2 1/2 Sliders?
  4. 00:25:549 (3) - Reduce the spacing here, it's really confusing to read due to the high spacing you use on 1/2 rhythms.
  5. 00:28:730 (2,1) - Same thing as above.
  6. 01:26:912 (2,1) - How about moving 2 a bit to the right so you can stack 1 with the previous note to make it less messy?
  7. 01:35:094 (1) - Move this up a bit so it won't touch the other Slider anymore.

[Hard]

  1. 00:48:124 (4) - Would be cool if you could give this one a light shape too so it fits to the previous Slider.
  2. 00:57:973 (2) - CTRL + G would improve the flow to 3 and the transition from 1 a lot in my opinion, have a try.
  3. 01:01:458 (2) - Would be cool if you moved this a bit more away from 1's Sliderbody to prevent it from looking messy.
  4. 01:04:488 (1) - Try CTRL + J to improve the flow, since the curve kinda moves weirdly away from the circles. You could try a little rotating if you want to, would make the pattern more free.
  5. 01:25:094 (1) - Increase the curve a bit here? Would give the Slider a stronger expression kinda? Try it yourself.
  6. 01:27:518 (1) - I found this jump a bit too harsh, to maintain spacing and make it consistent, you could try to CTRL + H and J 01:27:215 (4) - .
  7. 01:36:306 (3) - Too sudden spacing increase for me here, try to move it to the pattern and make a square?

[Asphyxia's Insane]

  1. 00:02:594 (5) - Why do you use this note here although there's nothing to be heard? I find this just odd here and recommend to remove this note.
  2. 00:05:018 (5) - Same here again.
  3. 00:08:882 (5) - NC since there's a downbeat?
  4. 00:09:639 (10) - 5% volume to the tail since it doesn't serve anything but to endure?

  17. 01:00:700 (11) - Huh? Why that huge jump? Would be better to space this closer to 10 and have the jump impact on 1 instead?

  1. 00:01:382 (5) - Same as on Insane, why is this triple here when it does not follow the music?
  2. 00:28:427 (7) - Move this into a line with 8 to make the view more pleasing.
  3. 00:33:882 (5) - Kinda confusing, plays like one of the previous 1/2 stacks you used when it isn't. Move this either away or stack it completely to make the difference more clear.
  4. 00:35:094 (4,1) - Same as above.
  5. 00:37:215 (4) - Huuh, kinda random to see this shape, also doesn't really look appealing either. How about changing to a more regular one?
  6. 01:07:973 (6) - Move this into a line with 4 and 5 to make it look more structured and maintain spacing?
  7. 01:10:549 (1) - While it does follow the music and looks rather good, having a Slider lasting this long breaks the excitement a bit, so having a regular 1/1 Slider might be more what you want in an Extra.

Thanks for your mod! I fixed the NC's my own way before so they should be all good, soft finish wasn't good for me so no.
