Two inherited timing section at 00:37:435 - in wkyik's Insane.

It's hard to read objects because of red combo color similar to BG.

00:59:036 - The rhythm would sound better if an extra note is added here to follow the drum line.

00:16:955 (1) - This whole section is inaudible
00:29:275 (4) - hidden repeat arrow
01:15:356 (5) - The slider reverse is hidden by the score burst of 01:14:876 (3) - . This has not been stated in the Ranking Criteria as a rule, but it'd be better to fix in my opinion.
01:19:516 (3) - if possible, increase readability of this slider
01:29:596 (3) - note should have been in the middle of the playfield?

[True Dance]
00:09:915 (3) - An unnecessary clap.

From the discussion:
About the "true dance" diff (which should at least be called true force to go with the song), the spacing in general is way too big and absolutely erratic (00:08:955 (4,1) - massive jump then 00:09:275 (1,2) - normal spacing then 00:10:235 (6,1) - massive counterflowing jump then 00:10:555 (1,2) - massive flowing jump then 00:10:875 (2,3) - no more jump) so much so that it's impossible to tell rhythms from spacing alone, and and AR 9.5 is very unfitting. The SV changes are random (see 00:08:315 (2,4) - ) and most rhythms are blatantly overmapped (00:09:275 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - etc). I really think that this shouldn't be ranked at all, it's nowhere near good enough for that.



In addition to the suggestions and the unrankable issues, 'True Dance' difficulty needs more input from the modding community before this mapset can be considered for a re-qualification.

About the "true dance" diff (which should at least be called true force to go with the song), the spacing in general is way too big and absolutely erratic (00:08:955 (4,1) - massive jump then 00:09:275 (1,2) - normal spacing then 00:10:235 (6,1) - massive counterflowing jump then 00:10:555 (1,2) - massive flowing jump then 00:10:875 (2,3) - no more jump) so much so that it's impossible to tell rhythms from spacing alone, and and AR 9.5 is very unfitting. The SV changes are random (see 00:08:315 (2,4) - ) and most rhythms are blatantly overmapped (00:09:275 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - etc). I really think that this shouldn't be ranked at all, it's nowhere near good enough for that.
hmm, I post my own opinion on that, 00:07:995 (1,2,3,4) - as an example, although there are sv changes, but it's not unreadable and sv dont change very fiercely, also, they are slider 1/4 jumps, which is much easier to reach than 1/4 circle jump. The flow is not very hard to get since it's an really Extra diff.

About the diff name, I dont know if you have watched the anime... also the anime has 'blade dance' in its title, I think the diff naming as 'true dance' is not only fit the song also fit the diff itself, which shows it's really hard than Extra.

About overmap, I admit that I have used some 1/4 streams and 3/4 slider jumps and other, but they all fit the song imo, also let the map with more plentiful rhythm, they are fine imo.


In addition to the suggestions and the unrankable issues, 'True Dance' difficulty needs more input from the modding community before this mapset can be considered for a re-qualification.

True Dance is really fun, I'm sorry that those comments were made about it. I would consider the map quite good as is, although would prefer to see AR 9.3 on there instead, would feel more comfortable imo.

Learn to read. p3n deemed that the difficulty still needed more opinions from modders, not you. It doesn't matter at all that YOU think they're fine.
Additionally, BGM doesn't help at all when it comes to speed changes. Can you explain how we can previse speed changes just by listening to the BGM?

That's going too far, overmapping is fine as long as it makes sense and it's as minor as random triplets which we all do nowadays. The problem is, you made random streams which aren't indicated by the song at all. 00:52:796 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - for example. As an experienced mapper/modder, I think it should never be pretermitted.

Seems I need to reply something.

1, Everyone has his own opinion on BGM, the SV change may not conform to your opinion, but conform to my understand of the song. I have discussed with KSHR and explained about the SV change, he thought 0.75x is not necessary but 1.5x is pretty nice, and he understand what I want to show in the True Dance.

Also, I get two extreme ideas from the diff get qualified. Some love the diff and feel fun playing, they enjoy this map, on the other side, some hates this because of random jump and sv changes and streams. I understand what players think about this.

2, It's my first time to map such a jumpy map, I'm not very experienced mapper so it does have some problems, something like overmap, random jump balabala, but it seems to be accepted by the QATs because like frosty, KSHR and captin, they left their score on the map. Also thanks to melo's advice, I will try to map better map after this, since I'm also a newbie touch mapping for less than 1 year.

3, 00:52:796 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - about this, when I mapped this, I was not according to the beats but another sound track. Yeah, it seemed to be a bad choice, but now seems to be acceptable. Thanks for pointing out this, I will handle it better in other maps.

If other members of QATs decide the True Dance diff is still having a long way to go, feel free to remove this diff. I dont want the problem in my diff causing mapper's time to get requalified.

Hopes that wont cause misunderstanding.

I mean I think True Dance plays fine, I haven't had any problems with it.
