Cool. Just some suggestions before we get this going.

[General]
- Please don't use a negative offset. I don't see harm in setting it at 702.

[Locodol]
- The chorus is really overmapped ;_; I hear 1/4's where there aren't supposed to be 1/4's.
- 00:02:131 (3) - A better flowing pattern would be if you place this near the tail of (2). That way, (2) will flow into (3) which makes the play smoother. Up to you though if you want to follow. (You may have to reposition your next combo though). http://puu.sh/bbpKb/3f2e55fb5d.jpg
- 00:04:988 (1,2) - There's really no music at 00:05:434, yet I can hear faint music at 00:05:345-. It would be better if you ended (1) here at 00:05:345- instead. The 3/4 slider doesn't really fit here.
- 00:06:059 (3) - IMO it would play smoother if you make the previous slider point towards this note.
- 00:08:916 (2) - Just a personal preference, but placing this above (1) and (3) instead of below, complements the fact that it's positioned on the upper side of the playscreen. (Better aesthetic IMO). https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1976345
- 00:11:595 (1) - Sorry but slider looks ugly ;_;

I'd consider this amount of overmapping fine, didn't bother me personally

recommended some setting changes though
  1. Easy OD -1
  2. Fycho's OD +1 or +.5
  3. Locodol OD +1
The mp3 quality is also an issue, I did some working around and came up with this http://puu.sh/bclst.mp3
Offset should be the same

1) The video is missing from Insane and Easy (At least on my end. Which are ironically enough the only diffs that were updated)
2) Maybe try 1.25x for the fast slider instead?
