01:24:481 (1) - Eh maybe not have the slowdown too slow, try 0.75 instead. Going from 1.50 to 0.5 is a lot to get, and I ended up slider breaking because I didn't know that the slider was going to slowdown 0.75 feels a bit fast for this moment so 0.6 k

Doesn't really say, but the length of this matches the maps length, and sounds almost the exact same.

I'm assuming you based it off the file name (or the last mapper of this song did). Regardless, if it is the file name, I think it might be best to use the album's title instead.

00:18:830 (2) - Переместил на 1 клетку вверх (x:124 y:52), сильно не меняет, но спейсинг выравнивается
00:24:813 (4) - Тут я тоже выровнял бы (x:332 y:180 вместо 179) тогда он будет на одном уровне с 5. Мод от бога
00:43:096 (1) - Рекомендация. Я бы повернул слайдер перпендикулярно линии образованной 2 и 2

и тут 00:43:345 (7,1) - то вот тут что-то не так, вот тут 00:46:004 (6,1) - лучше, но все же можно сдвинуть
вот этот 00:46:004 (6,1) - так (x:264 y:12)

А тут изгиб усилить как-то так

- source should be changed to japanese since the game is originally a jp game and this is the original title of the game (うみねこのなく頃に散)
- move "Umineko no Naku Koro ni Chiru" to tags
- soft-hitwhistle2.WAV is not used in any of the difficulties, remove it

fine. there is a spot where the NCs are inconsistent with the rest of the map (00:32:791 (1) to the end of the kiai), but i don't know if you did that on purpose or not. if you didn't, remove NCs at these places: 00:35:450 (1), 00:41:101 (1), 00:46:087 (1)

[Aka's Normal]
00:58:553 (5) - make this slider linear and parallel with (4). it looks neater
01:05:699 (2) - snap this to the grid on the center vertical line
01:06:032 (3) - this is lopsided. you can make it symmetrical by moving the nodes to form a perfect triangle, like this

00:50:076 (1,2) - this jump is a bit large and has bad flow because the sliders don't really flow into each other nicely. try something like this that looks neater and flows better

00:03:206 (9) - curve this slider so the node is downward instead of up. it flows a lot better to me with both the stream behind it and the next slider
01:24:481 (1) - extend this slider so it ends on the next red tick. it sounds and feels better like that because both the vocals and instrument seem to completely end there

00:12:846 (1,2,3) - There isn't much of a reason to put a double 1/4 under the slider end. In the song, I can't hear anything crucial that allows for it. Even if you keep it, don't stack it under the slider end, that really threw me off while playing.

Very very enjoyable and playable Hard diff, really great job, Damnae! :3

[Insane]
Discussed with EvilElvis already: only thing that bothered me was the significantly higher object density. Also the 3/4 sliders with the much more common triples as well. I think this isn't vehement mapping anymore, but overmapping. I would listen closely to the song before placing so many triples.
Otherwise, kick-ass diff too.
PS: 01:24:481 (1) - you should silence the slider end, to go with the other diffs. And also because it fits.

@LunarSakuya: Done all for Damnae's diff, fixed all for Insane (except this "anti-jump" because i love how it looks)
