They're basically partial bubbles, so yes, that's needed.

What about maps with "stars" on them? Most BATs usually toss one out before they bubble a map (after their mod has been applied)
Maybe move these maps below Bubbles/Circles/etc?
I'm talking about these ones:
Not the ones that give priority. There are plenty if you look at the list starting on page 2: 6/is=0&zr=0&start=50
Also C-C-C-Combo Breaker!
PS. Maybe also have Popped Bubbles / Unranked maps get higher priority on this list as well.

IMO maps that have had their bubbles popped shouldn't have too high of a priority, considering most of the time they need to be reworked in order to prepare them for rank. Even if the BAT is just going to rebubble right away it'll just clog up space for all the other icon'd sets.

Quieres decir que las imagenes referentes de cada bat tenga el mismo priority que un Bubble sin importar que BAT sea el quien lo asigne?
como ejemplo que un BAT especifico solicite apoyo de otros BAT especificos para acordar hacer Bubble sin necesidad de un re-check para evitarse esos pasos de 1 modo primero otro modo despues y asi?
si es asi parece buena idea aunque tiene un contra no muy notorio y tal vz algunos se hayan dado cuenta .... No todos los bats pueden ponerse de acuerdo sobre algun mapset combinado tal vez por que no les guste o el user en cuestion no les cae bien o por que su bolsa de request esta tan llena que prefieren colgarse del ventilador para no saber de todo el trabajo que tienen o cualquier cosa rara de excusa.....
No digo que la idea sea mala pero tambien es de reunir a todos los bats de todos los modos para que tomen esta idea en cuenta y se acaten al hecho de que todo lo que tengan en Pending lo terminen a la de Ya.

Mean that each reference image to approve a specific mode has the same priority than a bubble?
Is a good idea but with a drawback, not all the BAT may be in accord with the decisions in groups for some personal difference or the mapset is not to your liking or just for your order list is quite large, etc. .
not saying it's a bad idea but if it leads to discussion with bats and approve all need to understand that this entire list of pendings should finish as soon as possible.

To add onto this thread. What about WIP/Help and Graveyard? A little off the main topic, but it might as well be discussed as it is basically the same thing. Just a different section.

What does that star actually mean?
The star is a symbol BATs use for maps that are almost ready to be bubbled. They either need to apply the BATs mod, or get a set number of mods before the BAT will recheck it to see if it is ready to be bubbled.
