I tried to install osu! in another directory to see if it's a problem of my osu! but i can't do it because the installer wont let me install two osu! on my computer.
I don't want to uninstall osu because i don't want to lose everything and i can't backup the folder since it is over 30GB

Can you connect to the IRC? If not, open a command prompt as administrator and type

tracert cho.ppy.sh > {locallog}

Where {locallog} is a file path, such as:

tracert cho.ppy.sh > C:\log.txt

And paste your results here.

The traceroute you provided is not complete. Please allow a few minutes for it to complete and repost it. A lot of Italian players from other games using your ISP have had similar problems and the only resolution was reached when they contacted their ISP.

Try opening command prompt again and typing:

ipconfig /flushdns

And try to reconnect.

It looks like connection problems exist in the second-last and third-last hops (probably routing issues). I suggest contacting your ISP and have them look into this problem.

I would say it's an ISP problem but i have the same as yours.

I can try to use my internet key to see if it connects to the servers.

EDIT:
It doens't work so it isn't a ISP problem :(
- Marco -
try deleting all .dll and running osume.exe

osu.me also doesn't work D:

Edit:

I did it!

The problem was norton antivirus' firewall not the windows one!

Thank you all for the help!
PatZar
Remember, if want to update osu and failed
1. disable antivirus
2. disable firewall
3. change IPS
4. turn off proxy
5. make sure an updater is up to date
6. stable connectivity
7. Restart computer / laptop ,
if still can't try create a new thread
