Just a suggestion: At the following spots (and others like these), something would be good to help punctuate certain parts where the singer's voice (or an instrument) seems to "give a soft signal" to start a new section.
* At the heads of 00:09:689 (3) - 00:14:261 (1) - 00:18:832 (1) - for the instrument
* At the heads of 00:27:975 (2) - 00:32:546 (1) - 00:37:118 (1) - for the voice. These are some spots I pointed, there are several more ahead (you'll find them).
In case of implementing this, the hitsound should be a sweet and gentle one -- ok, it's hard to describe in words; I believe the song itself will tell you what hitsound fits better to the singer's gentle voices.

It would be good for Normal diff too.
