Problem Details: I got banned for talking even tho i didn't even enter ''#dutch chat''

e-mail accounts@ppy.sh telling what you did.
So post a changelog, or anything which will show them that you didn't do anything wrong.
Also, banned =/= Silenced.
Oh, account related problems shouldn't be handled here, so you know that for next time
