GENERAL
Fast timing check: BPM 128 and offset ~830
*I'm not 100% sure if offset is correct, but it feels OK
Since BPM is wrong, I can't do exact mods (because the map is going to change when BPM is change, of course). BUT, I'll give you an overall mod about style etc.
Your kiai time's start end end points are not snapped. Kiai time, and other timing points too, have to be snapped (=placed?) to tics in timeline (white, red, blue...)
↑↑ You can check stuff like this from AiMod: Editor -> File -> Open AiMod OR Ctrl + Shift + A
Add a break time somewhere in the middle
Your map's ending is really bad. Either map the whole current breaktime, or delete those last objects (=end map earlier).
Your diffs' names make no sense. It is your own choice to change or keep them, but... Come on.

QT / EASY
In easy diff set Slider Velocity (SV) and Distance Spacing (DS) low. Suggestion: SV1,0 and DS0,8.
Also, you have to use distance snapping ALL THE TIME. So, enable it from editors right side. I won't mention DS in easy mod anymore, but remember to check it when repairing your map.
00:11:299 (4,1,2) - Slider from left to right, then jump to left and objects go through the slider... This is bad for flow and 'readability' (especially in easy / normal diffs)

00:18:980 (3,4) - Bad overlap. Avoid overlaps in easy diff.
00:23:402 (1) - This many repeats in semi long - long slider works as a good flow breaker and can be confusing. replace with something else.

00:38:763 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - Six 3-point slider in a row? Try to make something more imaginative.

01:06:226 (1) - Delete NC. Don't make any single onbject combos like 01:05:295 (1), except if you have a really good reason for that.
01:16:001 (1,2) - Another bad overlap.
01:28:569 (1) - Break time + 1 spinner ending is REALLY irritating...

MEOW / NORMAL
You could change CS3. Totally optional. (expect if you make this otherwise hard for a normal diff, definitely CS3)
You have to use DS all the time in normal diff too. I recommend DS1,0 and SV1,20-1,40

01:28:801 (1) - Break + this: NO

DANDY, BABY! / HARD
Your custom finish hitsound... It fits in couple spots, but that kind of sound just disturbs playing when used too much.
00:01:059 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Don't fit in the music at all. Also, it's better to start a diff with a bit easier notes, to get the feeling of the map before epic streams etc.
00:03:154 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - ↑↑
00:14:558 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Random, pointless stream.
00:16:187 (1) - Delete NC
Again just random streams.

00:44:348 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - :/ + ;_;
01:08:553 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - This sounds rhytmically OK, actually.
01:15:768 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14) - Too much circles.
01:28:569 (1,2,3,4,5) - Break + this = Nope

Overall comments:
*Seems like you just spammed random notes here and there. harder diff doesn't necessarily mean double the notes.
*Don't map something you can't clear yourself.
*Watch how other mappers map hard diffs. Try to emulate their style.
*Get some experience as a mapper, and then remap this.
Sorry if I'm too strickt...

*You have some style in your map, unlike many other new mappers (except hard diff)
*Sliders. Many new maps lack sliders, but not this

even if snapping kiai is the most frustrating thing and I //still// haven't figured out how to do it. I miss when it kinda snapped automatically. :(

Well since i can't give a proper mod to this because there are too many problems, i'll just give you the help you need to fix the current problems:

- ''A difficulty's name must indicate its level of difficulty, with the exception of the hardest level of difficulty in a set.'' - From ranking Criteria. So you have to change diff names.
- The offsets are different. Only choose the right one for all difficulties.
- Because you changed offset and apparently slider speed, the objects arent snapped, including slider ends. please fix that.
- Inherited points aren't snapped either, fix the ones for kiai times to appear at the right spots.
- Lots of patterns aren't following the song, looks like just objects placed randomly at the timeline. Please listen carefully to the song and place the objects accordingly to the beat to actually have a rhythm.
- On all difficulties, remove the patterns you have here 01:28:801 (1), not only does it end at a place with no song, it just doesnt follow the beat well either, map the whole song and avoid sudden spinners where its right in the middle of the beat.
- On ''Meow'' diff, you have this 00:52:611 (1,1) - which are 2 objects playing at the same time.

Really, i can't say more to the map because it has too many serious problems to have a more depth-in mod, i highly suggest you to keep playing more of the game before mapping, and only then, practice doing maps, as you don't actually know how most difficulties are supposed to play like. Remember that practice is important!

Already fixed (I believe that was done when it was in the middle of me updating it, whoopsie-doo).

Well next time, never wait too long for an update, as the next person that will mod will avoid repeating the same things because the map is the same when downloading. Which is a wasted mod.
