Here are my suggestions to your Insane diff xD

[Insane]
It would be nice if you add hitsounds to this xD

00:08:297 (6) - Move this away from 5 to keep up with the rhythm like from (4) to (5), it's too close ;w;
00:09:297 (7,8) - Why are these two based on the vocal suddenly ;w; You might want to move it away from (6) and add NC to (7) and change 00:10:047 (1) - back to the previous combo in that case, to indicate that you are now following the vocalist imo.
00:09:547 (8,1,2) - Increase the distance here somehow, they are too close visually, but not rhythmically
00:10:547 (2,3) - You should add something here or make (2) a bit longer, it ends a bit too sudden
00:14:047 (5) - Move it away to make it the same as 00:12:297 (3,4)
00:17:872 (5,6) - Increase the distance here to make it consistent with 00:17:317 (1,2,3,4,5)
00:20:650 (4,5,6) - Maybe move it away, or flip it or ... something ;w; this is a 100% copy-pasta from 00:19:909 (1,2,3)
00:22:132 (9) - 00:21:391 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - the stream here is fine, but the repeating sliders is too boring imo, that's almost one second of cursor staying still and do nothing while holding down a button, maybe increase the side of the stream / make this slider repeat less and add a smaller stream following it? This is insane diff ;w;
00:18:613 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - The distance here is inconsistent ;w; from (1) to (2) is a considerable big jumps, but then from (2) to (3) and so on is suddenly only less than half of it, maybe increase it?
00:19:354 (6,7) - The distance should be the same like 00:19:169 (5,6) - at least
00:24:724 (8,9) - Blanket these a bit more? Something like or like
00:27:317 (7) - same as 00:22:132 (9) - maybe cut it into streams?
00:29:724 (6,7) - Maybe increase the distance from (6) to (7) to make it more natural for the 00:28:984 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - double cross jumps? Also it can avoid overlap on (7) and (2)
00:29:354 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - a lot of overlapping :(
00:32:132 (1,2,3) - blanket these better? Like this maybe
00:33:984 (9) - same as 00:22:132 (9)
00:36:206 (8) - Move this away for a jump from slider (7) imo, like to x:364 y:304
00:36:391 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - The spacing is consistent, but suddenly becomes so small xd
00:37:687 (1,2,3) - Blankets! Or make them less random? Like this for example
Also move them away from (6) to avoid overlap
00:44:724 (8) - Move it a bit up since the jumps from 00:43:984 (4,5,6,7,8) - feels like a tornado jumps, the distance increase each time by a little bit, so this might be a good idea
00:45:465 (4,5,6) - The spacing is slight uneven, move (6) a little bit further
00:46:576 (8) - stack this on top of 00:45:465 (4) - yes?
00:47:317 (4) - Blanket this a bit better xD
00:48:058 (6) - Just 1 repeat imo, and add a circle to compensate? Like this maybe xD

00:53:058 (8) - Move it just a little bit from (7) for the consistent spacing? xD
00:55:280 (1,2) - Move these away from 00:55:095 (9) - imo, to keep up with the distance from the back and forth jumps earlier
00:58:428 - 01:02:780 suddenly a break ;w; maybe adding something in here to keep up with the drums in every white ticks at least? xD
01:06:391 (1) - Change this back to the previous combo, and add new combo to 01:07:317 (1) - instead, and change 01:07:595 (1) - to the previous combo imo, the combos at this part are a bit messy ;w;
01:10:650 (6,1,2,3,4,5) - The spacing here should be increased ... a lot? xD
01:13:242 (7,8,1) - Same as above
01:14:724 (3,4,5) - Same as above
01:17:872 (1,2,3,4,5) - Move this away from the previous slider, and increase their spacing imo, suddenly the distance snap shrinks ;w;
01:20:095 (2) - Remove this circle imo, this part is where the vocal takes a break and you listen to the guitar, it might be a good idea to remove this to create a 1-beat pause, and if you do so, change the patern that follows it xD
01:21:576 (4,5,6) - Should increase the spacing here a little bit to match 01:21:021 (1,2,3,4)
01:38:428 (1,2,3,4) - Increase the spacing here a lot imo, you use the same spacing as if they are 1/2 beats from each other, like the previous jumps
01:46:576 (3,4,5) - Change them around a bit so they flow better, like in a circle? Like this
Notice the line in the slider? It connects paths from (1) to (2) and to (3) xD
01:47:688 (1) - Maybe move this away? It overlaps (6) and (7) ;w;
01:49:909 (4,5,6) - Blankets!!!
01:51:021 (7) - Same as 00:27:317 (7)
02:01:391 (1,2,3,4,5) - Maybe turn them into a patern? Clicking 5 circles 1/2-beat away in a row in one spot isn't fun on insane xd
02:02:132 (5,6,7,8) - Increase the spacing imo, they are now 1-beat away from others, like 02:03:243 (8,1)
02:04:724 (4) - Blanket!!
02:06:576 (1,2,3,4,5) - Increase the spacing a lot imo, they are 2-beat away from each other. I'd say add circles into the whiteticks between them

Overall it flows pretty nice, I had some fun playing this actually xD
