Problem Details:

A mod is Abusing his power in Chat. I Confronted them gently with this problem, but instead of reacting on me , and maybe discuss this problem, they silenced me 2 times in a row. I love the Community but this is a serious problem, if people with power have the wrong character for their job.

Just to begin with,

1. My account is locked/silenced and I feel that I have been wrongly accused.
We cannot assist you here. If you feel that your issue is legitimate, and your silence is at least 5 hours long, then address your case with accounts@ppy.sh If it is a warranted silence, then don't bother. You can see how long you have been silenced and for what reason in your profile.
Account infringements are not handled here as well as how the community moderators handle their silencing. I rec you check in with that email to begin with seeing I know this will be considered invalid soon...

BanchoBot: If you do end up getting silenced, and think it was unfair, send a PM to a GM explaining your situation. Just remember though, GMs are people too! If you be nice to them, they're more likely to try their best to clear the silence, if it's possible.
