Problem Details:

Found this problem while changing sort options.
First problem is that after changing a sort option, clicking a different song doesn't change the music and even the background.
Using the arrow keys cause problems as well. The first key press causes and error. Some arrow keys after that will crash the game.
Right click also triggers it.

just ruined my 1800 post by making a dupe version of this thread

can confirm

  1. Set your "Sort" to Artist
  2. Type "=" without those quotes and you will be seeing "No matches found. Hit 'esc' to reset" but all the beatmaps are there as seen in the ss below
  3. Change the Sort" to Title
  4. Scroll up or down with the arrow keys, press up or down arrow keys will throw an error message, then the second time you do it, it will crash.

Sorry about that disappointment. But I know that feel. XD

Thanks.

That's ok and Nice post number you have right now

Can't replicate. (Both of you are Filipino, makes me wonder if it's locale-specific...)
Ayesha Altugle
I was using the default locale

trying other language...

tested to different languages, same thing happens

It only happens under certain circumstances

  1. Select any random map (but not the map you have selected right now, or else, you will not make it trigger)
  2. Change any of the sorting options
  3. Scroll Up/Down using arrow keys. The first time you do it makes you trigger the error, the second time you do it, it will trigger pippi error.

I think the following replicates the bug:

1. Set sort type to anything but Artist
2. Change sort type to Artist
3. Press page up or page down twice
4. Crash

on version b20140628.6.

EDIT: It seems to be fixed in the test build.
Ayesha Altugle
I think it happens even thou you don't set the sorting to artist
MillhioreF
Okay, I can replicate on public but not on test or my dev build, so it's probably fixed already. Marking resolved - bump if it keeps happening after the next public update.
