Sit in menu
Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S
"Reloading skin sprites..."
Black background, no cursor.
If I enter song select screen, everything appears except back button and selection images. Exit to menu and the background is there.
Tested on both test and normal, occurs in both.
Tested on both skin v1 and v2.2, occurs in both.
