aaa i hate to be the bringer of bad news but wikia page is definitely not official, and stuff like this you can really only rely on the official artist page/anime page/album itself. hmv doesn't look like it's the official distributor so that's probably not valid either.

Since order of name is different between Japanese and English, Hashimoto Miyuki and Miyuki Hashimoto both are actual same name
idk if official artist name is important problem on mapping community but maybe both can be used in otherwise
