I just want to tell you that you can mute the slider tail or other word is decrease the volume to 5% example for
05:23:965 (1,2,3,4) and so on, the tail sound is annoying for me.

It would play much better if you added a second kiai at 02:34:013 - and 04:38:561 - to help emphasize the 2nd part of the chorus. Right now it's a sort of long and the player has no indication of when the chorus will end.

I advise you remove the dark blue combo color for something brighter, since it is hard to see against the dark background

First off, I hate when sliders overlap the head or end of another slider like 00:00:709 (1,2) or 00:03:303 (1,2). I think it is not aesthetically pleasing, but since you seem fine with it, I won't mention it anymore.

02:13:256 - 2x sv is just stupid sv jumpst really not be more than 0.3x jump unless needed because nothing in the song justifies the difficulty jump (I'll don't like the previous slow down, but it is acceptable) Also, because everything is distance snapped and only consists of sliders and stacks, this section gets boring really fast. Try to add some jumps and some more variation to it.

02:17:391 (2,1) - overlaps don't look great
02:54:769 (1,2) - I don't understand what these sliders are following. There are heavy beats on quite a few notes in these 02:54:931 and 02:55:580

not going to say more about snapping in this section, but it seems really weird
At this point, most of the large flaws in your map repeat
Streams need to look better, esp stuff like 03:22:013 (1) - a stream should not go into the opposite direction the slider will flow. This causes both ugly overlaps and terribly flow.
After we leave the streaming section, we have another boring spinner and break section that I am not even sure what it is following.
After that, another 2x section that is again, distance snap with sliders and stack, fairly boring imo
After that you really tone down the difficulty and make a decent ending.

Don't know taiko very well, so not going to mod it.

What to say, I don't want to come off as too harsh, but this map really seems like you just want to torture a player with streams and and fast sliders, there are not many fun patterns to enjoy in this map. The biggest problem is that once you started a pattern or idea, you just repeated it for an extended period of time. There were a huge amount of streams, but nothing interesting linking them together. There were also really fast sliders, but all of them just followed a simple boring distance snap. Then there were long spinners......can't say much there. In short, if you can, I would remap the map to make the patterns more interesting. If you don't want to do that, then I guess hope that the approving modders enjoy your map for what it is. (I know this is probably one of your first attempts at standard for rank, so you should probably learn to play standard a bit more before making maps like this)

Honestly if im use circle in Kiai time it will be hard enough to pass that, just use much sliders in kiai time. not a big problem right?

Edit: kiai time always have 2.00x SV. so just enjoy it
