Problem Details:

Intro plays too loud when starting newest osu! test build. I can barely hear Welcome to osu! voice but music is smashing my ears.

The thing is, the intro-sequence totally ignores the universal volume except it's at 0%.
It's really annoying if you have to mute your speakers if you don't want to destroy your ears.
