EEeee's diffculty and mine are all have a 2s lead-in, should yours add one?

Quickly modding hard then. I'll have to say that a lot of those sliders are quite hideous. About half of the non-linear ones. Try and make the curves more simple.

01:22:423 - Remove kiai, it feels really inappropriate.
01:48:137 - This break has no reason to exist.
01:56:709 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - Horrible spacing, stop that.

[General]

Normal+ is too hard for the easiest difficulty, in my opinion. Some of the patterns get confusing, and there're enough notes for a 5.2m max score.
Delete Thumbs.db from the Lyrics folder.
I felt that the credits font looked awkward; consider using a sans-serif font, such as the one used in "Po po po". (it also doesn't look like it's centered properly)
Resize rainbow.png to 640x480 as a non-scrolling SB element.
hitcircleselect.png is unnecessary, but you need a hitcircleoverlay.png.
Add Breeze, EEeee to tags.

The waving things look a bit weird in front of the combo fire, since there are transparent stripes. Maybe it's just me.

Make sure the Kiai sections for all difficulties line up directly with the beat. (http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2968 is bad)
Also, many inherited timing sections seem placed weirdly, make sure they come before the note they're supposed to affect if they're audio ones.

[Breeze's Normal+]

Eh, there was a bit of an argument over + signs in #mod. Maybe just reduce it to "Breeze's Normal"? I don't really care, personally.

00:39:940 (1) - Quite a counter-intuitive slider.
00:54:297 (1) - Slider's a bit ugly. I like how it bends back though; even if the player was caught off-guard by the 2x BPM, he'll still 300 the slider, since the follow circle comes back. Neat.
02:27:725 - Unused timing section.
03:05:654 (2,3,4) - Isn't packed very nicely, adjust it a bit?
03:17:654 (1,2,3) - A minor nitpick, this isn't symmetrical, you can see that 2-3 touch but 1-2 don't.

[EEeee's Hard]

00:47:225 (9) - More intuitive with 1 fewer repeat, imo.
01:22:368 (1) - This section of 1/1 is pretty boring and doesn't really fit...
02:15:244 - Unused timing section.

The ending spinner section felt too empty and boring. :(

02:31:904 (2,3,4) - I found this triplet's timing a little awkward, since it starts and ends on blue ticks.
02:32:654 - This star jump in the SB is kinda weird-looking. Maybe fade it out, teleport it there, and fade it back in?
02:44:225 (1) - I recommend moving this note under the last slider, since the timing for it seems a bit hard to predict based on just spacing.

Considered mapping this. Found your map. Tried hard. Too much break time - I would end the song way earlier and just cut the rest. Feels so dragged out.

You need a cursortrail.png for the custom cursor.
You need an approachcircle.png for the custom hitcircle.
Imo 3 seconds for the lead-in time would best.
