Nice work. I suggest adding a black border or something to the flag so the white section doesn't look like it's a part of the background.

Well you can certainly handle stuff with GIMP or PS but I can't help but notice that you didn't draw that Pippi yourself, because that's an old comboburst image.

That's what I suspected. I mean I don't draw stuff myself, I edit shit alright. So yeah it's legit to take old Pippi and slap her onto some image. But for it to look good the image lacks a lot of everything. Most of it is just empty space with nothing in it. He could have restyled Pippi a bit. In the colours of Chile maybe.
