According to my MAL, I've completed 422, put 129 on hold, dropped 99, and am currently watching 23. So, that's a grand total of 673.

My God, you sure has seen a lot of anime!
I don't have time to bother counting since I'm watching more now, but I'd round off to about 40 different series. Including Detective Conan and One Piece. One Piece I'm up to date with, but Detective Conan I switched to the manga after about 700 episodes.
As for manga, maybe around 50 (not including anime series I've watched along with it).. 70 percent of manga I've read being shojo

I think It's around 130 Anime that I've watched, and 200+ for "seen" anime (only see the trailer or a glimpse of it)
