Problem Details:
while opening upload submission window, the user panel is enforced to open full,
try to open 1st user profile, let's say A,
and then you click the menu (it won't work), and then when you try to close it, it'll open the next user profile that have z-index lower (let's say banchobot behind menu 2/chat, it'll open banchobot profile menu when you pressed the 4/exit on 1st user.
