Problem Details:
I got weird and random FPS drops suddenly in osu!.
I'm starting a beatmap, I get 800-1000fps like I should with my horrible PC specs.
Suddenly my FPS drops to 350~ and I feel it really bad and it makes everything feel choppy.
So I've set the FPS limiter to 240, so I get the max 240FPS I should get, and in the middle of playing my FPS drops to 140 for no reason.

Recording or taking a screenshot will drop FPS so I can't really demonstrate.
PC specs:
* The last screenshot lies, my GPU has 1GB(s) of VRAM and not 4GBs.
