Do you need a GD of standard mode? :D

Yo; modding here!

*Bolded = Unrankable or very, very strongly suggested; red = Highly suggested or questionable (still weaker than the bolded ones); black = Minor suggestions/rants; blue = Notes/advices to avoid/fix repeated problems. Also note that hitsound suggestions on a diff may apply on similar parts of the song and the other diffs of the mapset.

>Normal
  1. Use NCs consistently, preferably every two stanzas for a better combo pattern.
  2. 00:00:891 (1,2) - Use 1.0x spacing please. An irregular spacing usage like this can confuse players since they won't know when should they hit the objects. You can also just stack (1) above (2)'s head if you want.
  3. 00:05:833 (1,2) - ^ (Basically, just make sure the spacing is consistent throughout the entire difficulty in a Normal (and Easy) diff. If they're spaced as long as 00:09:538 (2,1) in the timeline, a little inconsistency is fine, though.)
  4. 00:12:362 (1,2) - Make them look like this? Looks neater IMO.
  5. 00:13:597 (1) - Add a whistle since the instrument here is pretty strong?
  6. 00:17:303 (1,2) - Avoid overlapping a slider's head and tail with another slider's tail so they won't look messy; just saying!
  7. 00:23:126 - 00:32:831 - Try using more whistles wherever fits! It would make your map better. Adding whistles on piano notes like at 00:23:478 and 00:24:361 (3) will be a good idea.
  8. 00:24:890 - Remove the clap? The music is calm and there is no instrument with a clap sound.
  9. 00:28:067 (6,1) - Again, avoid objects touching each other slightly like this as your map will look a little untidy.
  10. 00:33:008 (1,2,3) - This would look more appealing. ((1) is stacked below 00:32:655 (3,4).)
  11. 00:33:714 (3) - Avoid 1/2 sliders that repeat two times as it's hard to predict when will they end, thus confusing the players.
  12. 00:39:361 (1) - Remove the NC? I can't see why should it be here.
  13. 00:43:420 (1,2,3,4) - The pattern here is pretty messy, IMO. Try something like this?
  14. 01:28:067 (1) - Move to 01:28:243 to follow the vocal and instrument more accurately?
  15. 01:48:890 (3,4) - Placing the notes so close like this can make players confused and might cause them to hit (4) quicker or hit it first. Just a warning.
>pota's Hard
  1. 00:09:538 (8,3) - Try to make them not touching each other? It'd be neater that way.
  2. 00:23:831 (3,4) - Make them look like this so they'll look tidier?
  3. 00:45:008 (3) - Add an NC to denote the velocity change/slowdown?
  4. 00:59:125 (4) - ^
  5. 00:59:831 (1) - Add a whistle on the body to follow the instrument?
  6. 01:13:243 (2,3,4) - Try to make them look like this? Looks cooler, IMO.
  7. 01:26:655 (1,2,3) - Why don't you just make the spacing consistent? I see no point in doing this...
  8. 01:38:655 (9,10) - Same as 00:45:008 (3).
  9. 01:52:773 (4) - ^. And it'd be nice to make a bigger jump from 01:52:596 (3) to follow the music.
>Insane
  1. Same comment about whistles in Normal; I think you can use them a lot more here, especially in the beginning! Also the claps too...
  2. 00:08:303 (6,7) - What about using just one slider shape? Using two different shapes beside each other is just weird...
  3. 00:10:597 (5,1) - Ctrl+G for a better flow?
  4. 00:15:009 (5,6,7,8,1) - Try to make a star like this? The current circle placement looks pretty random, honestly, and it'd be nice to do something to make them look more organized.
  5. 00:36:008 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - Try something like this. Looks neater and has a nice flow.
  6. 00:43:420 (2) - Stack this below 00:42:890 (1) like 00:40:067 (1,2)?
  7. 00:47:478 (3,4,5) - What's with the extreme sudden decrease of the spacing? At least make them consistent. This won't be comfortable for players.
  8. 01:51:537 (8,9,10,11,12) - Uh, just use a simple stream shape? This one is way too radical and has a bad flow.
Well, I believe that the standard diffs can be improved a lot. They're awesome in terms of rhythm (the rhythm and hitsounding in Insane still feels like they were done Taiko-style lol), but you can still make your map's design/placement and slider shapes better. A lot. Unfortunately, I can't teach you about this since I don't have enough mentoring skills, but looking at good maps, preferably by your favorite mappers might help!

Good luck on the way 8-)

  1. 01:28:067 (1) - Move to 01:28:243 to follow the vocal and instrument more accurately? - i prefer that im currently using the basic rhythm.
  2. 01:48:890 (3,4) - Placing the notes so close like this can make players confused and might cause them to hit (4) quicker or hit it first. Just a warning. - i have no idea for now. i will improve it later date.

  2. 00:43:420 (2) - Stack this below 00:42:890 (1) like 00:40:067 (1,2)? - that stack doesnt fit the flow of vocal. so i wanna keep it.

Good luck on the way 8-)

... Normal をすこしだけMod します:3

[Normal]
  4. 00:19:773 (4,5) - ^
  5. 00:23:126 (1) - finish
