Unless you are getting a super cool 16:9 SB, disable Widescreen Support from E/N/H.
Just the Easy has Custom Colors which I personally don't like that much since dark grey isn't a good idea to use and doesn't fit the BG well. Also the pink doesn't fit the BG imo. I've made some as an alternative to the ones in the Easy:

Difficulty Settings:
I'm not sure if I like the Settings Simple_Star told you to use in the Easy as the difficutly itself is pretty tricky due to the 3/2 Gaps. I have two different ideas for the OD/HP spread, the first one is if you guys are going to keep OD/HP2; the second one if you aren't:
HP/OD: 2/4/6~6.5/7.5
HP/OD: 1/3/5/7
It would be nice if you'd keep the Spinner at the End consistent. I'd go for the version in Ike's diff :V
Inconsistent Kiais, endless Kiais, Kiais in calm sections. Why? It would be so much better if the Kiais would 1. fit and 2. be consistent (which isn't required but better imo).

Hitsounding is an Requirement for Ranking your Diff.
Many of your Slidershapes like 00:30:572 (1) - for example look pretty much random. I've got two guides on how to make neat Sliders here that might help you: 1 2
Keep your spacing as even as possible since most newbie players read the map after the spacing. DS changes like 00:46:905 (1,2) - shouldn't be there but also variations from 1.16~1.25 are too much. Be consistent and keep an even Spacing.
It would be nice if you can keep your NC-ing
00:23:572 (2,3) - Try to avoid such 3/2 Gaps as they can be very confusing for newbie players. At least one of them can be easily avoided like this. I mean, 3/2 Gaps can be used in a fine way but here they just simply rise the difficulty of the map which creates a too low gap between Normal and it compared to the other gaps between the diffs.
00:34:238 (1) - A spinner doesn't seem to be the perfect choice of rhythm here as the Music doesn't create any special sound that fits it well. Also the gap behind it could be longer as most newbies need some recovery time after a spinner. Try this to get a better rhythm here.
00:36:905 (3,4,1) - Here again, this could be simplified like this
00:43:572 (4) - Having more than one repeat can be very confusing for newbie players. Please avoid doing that by removing 1 repeat and adding a Circle.
00:48:905 (1) - Extend this Slider by 1/2 in order to avoid the tricky 3/2 gap in order to make the pattern better understandable.
00:53:905 (4,1,2) - This pattern can also be simplified by just simply doing this. That should play and feel much smoother.
01:08:905 (2) - What exactly happened here? I guess this Slider was supposed to be 3/2 o3o
01:26:238 (1,2) - I'm not sure if the 1/2 isn't too much for newbies. Not even the Normal has 1/2 here so it would be nice to see something similiar as in smallboat's diff here as well.
I hope you get the point how to simplify such tricky rhythms to be newbie-friendlier. I gave rhythm suggestion for most different cases here. The difficulty needs a lot more polishing, especially in terms of rhythm and aestehtics but also in the basic flow. I didn't mark anything red here (but the rea as I just pointed out the very important stuff

S.Boat's Normal

The S:C2 Finish is way too overdone in these rather quiet sections. The normal soft one represents the music much better imo.
00:13:323 (1,2,3,1) - /Minor/ - Even out your Spacing here and place them in a line in order to make it look tidier. Example

Hard

Uhm, 0% Hitsounds are totally unrankable as they are not audible and therefore give no feedback to the Player. Also I don't think such quiet Hitsounds fit the song well so please turn up the Volume to 40~50%.

I would personally prefer AR7~7.5 for this diff to get the spread a between N/H and H/I a bit more even.
It might be a personal preference of mine but the claps in the Section starting at 00:14:239 - (until 00:23:572 - ) feel pretty weird and unfitting. Consider to use the ones smallboat used.
Nothing you have to do but CS3.5 would be a cool choice to make the appearance of the diff a bit different from the lower ones.
00:02:180 (3) - This Slider here feels kinda wrong as the Vocals are much stronger on the downbeat and creates a fade until the next white tick. Therefore I suggest you to CTRL+G 00:02:180 (3,4) - in terms of rhythm to cover the hold and the emphasize of the notes more accurately.
00:09:466 (4) - Please, what is this? This doesn't follow the music as both the Instrument as well as the Vocals hit the previous white and following red tick which makes this epretty weird to play. Do this to fix that.
00:33:905 (4) - If I'm not mistaken, this is 1/3 which makes this sound weird here. :/ Please use a 1/3 Repeat Slider.
00:34:738 (2) - Meh, I don't think it's a good idea to connect these two notes with an 1/1 Slider since they are both really strong (the 2nd one is even stronger imo) so that they both need the emphasis of a clickable action. Therefore consider to split the Slider into two Circles.
00:45:405 (2,3) - The Jump here feels way too overdone compared with the rest of your map. This works pretty good if you ask me.

Why do you use Stack Leniency 2? =v= A higher one (e.g. 7) would make 00:34:572 (2,3) - for example fit the appearance of the overall map much better. Also it wouldn't mess up any patterns (I didn't notice anything messy while testing it with 7)
00:00:037 (1,2,3) - Not a requirement but it would be nicer to delete them because 1. it would be consistent with the rest of the Set and 2. you would give the player a bit more reaction time rather than starting with off with 3 Circles without the instruments even playing.
00:18:238 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - Meh, aiming the triplet after 5 slows the player down a lot due to the rather fast movement from the jumpy pattern before which breaks the flow here imo. In order to fix that you can either change the Circles in the Timeline like this or you just simply rearrange the pattern so that there's a jump to 6. Example
00:30:238 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I dislike the flow from 00:29:738 (5,6,7) - into it as the transition between the triangle and the upwards curve doesn't really work for me. Therefore having this pattern as a diamond shape would work much better and makes also more sense with the triangles before. This might be just a very personal opinion of mine though.
00:33:905 (5,6,7,8,1) - Are you sure this is 1/4? I've discussed that with my people and we came to the conclusion that it's either 1/3 or nothing sou you might want to change that :V
00:52:405 (5) - This would be so much more intuitive it it's placed higher (at y:308 to stack it with 00:53:822 (6) - for example). I guess the reason for this is that the straight linear movement here doesn't really represent the alternation of the high and lower notes in the music here whcih makes it feel kinda forced. Example
00:57:738 (3,4,1) - I know, 4 is stacked with one of the previous notes but it feels just weird to have the jump into that instead of 1 which needs the emphasize much more ;_; Therefore either do a jump to 1 or make the Spacing even. (This applies only for this one as 01:08:405 (3,4,1) - plays different since the player leaves 3 ealier which tones down the jump a lot)
01:27:405 (1) - /Comment/ - Hm, I'm usually the one prefering the spinner starting on the actual tick the sound starts but it felt pretty weird ingame here since it's the last note of the whole song and is so strong. It would feel so much better to let the spinner start a bit later and having a clickable action here. Feel free to deny~
