Alright then, time for an actual mod.

[Easy]
00:15:622 (1) - Way too soon after a spinner for an Easy. You want to give around 4 beats of recovery time. You might be best off either ending the spinner at 00:15:622 - or just deleting the circle - fixed. I deleted the circle and extended the spinner
00:19:283 - Add a silent soft-sliderslide2.wav so that you can't hear the slider track during these custom ticks. -added
Felt rather slider heavy. Otherwise this was alright.

[Normal]
00:15:622 (1) - This also is too soon after a spinner for a Normal. It'll usually be halved recovery time from the Easy, so 2-3 beats would be preferable for this level of difficulty. That said, this might be similar to Easy in that just removing beats until 00:17:512 (1) - or so would work best if you want to keep the spinner. - fixed
02:02:394 (5) - Slider end is unsnapped - fixed

[Hard]
01:22:236 (2) - This slider shape is a little odd - fixed
02:17:984 (1,2) - Was strange to have these stacked. I guess you were going for emphasis for the final parts of the song, but then following up with the regular spacing at 3, it just felt out of place over anything else. - fixed

[Lunatic]
01:26:961 (1) - Missing a finish - fixed

Awesome set.
Thank you for the mod!!~ ^^

Hey!

[General]
  1. As said on IRC, nuke soft-hitclap.wav and use soft-hitclap2.wav

Warning: after you do this, you will not need to use S:C2 on Lunatic, Hard and Normal at all. Remove unnecessary offsets, since all you use them for is swtching between C1 and C2. Then remove also all the C2 files except for soft-slidertick2.wav, because Mako's Easy uses it!

  2. I think there are tiny mistakes in lyrics that could be corrected:
    1. e0-2: "Their numberless calculations really are ingenious [comma missing] aren't they?"
    2. e0-9, e1-7 and e2-7 have "i" instead of a capital I ("i like things to be overdecorated"), is this intended?
  3. 01:49:638 is a perfect moment for a fountain
  4. Move the offset to 00:00:031. It won't break snapping, but the cookie in osu!'s main menu will pulse right when the music starts
[Lunatic]
  1. 00:25:307 (3,4) - it bothers me that a) they are alighed differently and b) 2's end looks poor; consider the following: http://puu.sh/baaZ7/74251292ae.jpg
  2. 00:39:480 (1) - mind bending it? I have to return back to 2's beginning anyway.. http://puu.sh/babuA/2a8c591db1.jpg
  3. 00:49:165 (1) - it's funny how you skip cymbals that appear in the music here, although you were using finishes very often just seconds before that note
  4. 01:09:716 (1) - add some space here: http://puu.sh/babIi/20995762fd.jpg
  5. 01:10:661 (4,5) - same
  6. 01:13:024 (4) - I understand you wanted to make this more readable, but it had an opposite effect, because the actual 'dot' is 1/4 later at 01:13:142. Don't forget to fix the storyboard!
  7. 01:13:496 (5,6,7) - the spacing is incorrect and can be misread

Speaking of spacing, you are limited on space horizontally, but not vertically. You are free to move each of four patterns that stand for L, O, V and E vertically, and that could give you some better results and help avoid overlapping: http://puu.sh/bb3I3/4f9ccc7a9e.jpg

  8. 01:15:386 (12) - the fact that you skipped the very next downbeat to follow vocals can be masked if you start the spinner right after the note. Do so!
  9. 01:20:701 (4) - you skipped a strong beat there, and the slider sounds like it's not following anything (and it really doesn't). It could be better if you start it on 01:20:819; remove 01:21:055 (5) - but keep the blue tick at 01:21:173 busy, if you wish. Don't forget to connect the sliders if you do so
  10. 01:22:590 (4) - pretty much the same. This slider starts nowhere; fix this by moving it 1/4 forward and also shortening by 1/4

I think I'll just list all the slider you need to fix in such a manner at once:
    1. 01:20:701 (4) -
    2. 01:22:590 (4) -
    3. 01:41:252 (4) -
    4. 01:47:157 (4) -
  11. 01:32:984 (2) - please, reverse it! Gives such a good, nice movement. Also, move it a bit further from 1 and, if necessary, rotate a bit: http://puu.sh/bacEH/6247ed2128.jpg
  12. 01:40:543 (2) and 01:40:898 (3) - same as above, reverse each for a better flow
  13. 01:46:567 (3) - ah! This is a tricky one. To warn players about a slider under the other slider (it needs a warning, because they're both of the same colour and share the same track), shift it a little: http://puu.sh/bacUZ/06e5c43522.jpg Now it's more noticeable and will cause less breaks
  14. 01:55:661 (2,3) - I'd reverse these too and remapped a few beats ahead, but you better increase the spacing here
  15. 01:59:087 (1,2,3) - they will look better if you un-bend each: http://puu.sh/badoL/de3da8dc83.jpg
  16. 02:03:575 (3) - there's a clap missing on the tail
  17. 02:09:244 (3) - I'd replace it with two notes to follow vocals! Stack them on next slider's head or something
[Hard]
  1. 00:27:669 (4,5,1) - the movement here is kind of bad, because a player has to interrupt his movement from 5 to screen's bottom and rush to the right instead; consider the following:
  2. 00:29:087 (4,5) - that feels easier somehow; maybe because I am right-handed
  3. 00:36:882 (4,5) - should be 1.5x
  4. 00:52:945 (1) - missed finish?
  5. 01:04:283 (1,2) - could be misread; please reduce the spacing
  6. 01:13:024 (4) - (copied from Lunatic) I understand you wanted to make this more readable, but it had an opposite effect, because the actual 'dot' is 1/4 later at 01:13:142. Don't forget to fix the storyboard!
  7. 01:15:858 (1) - start it right after the note
  8. 01:49:283 (7) - move it a bit closer to the next slider
  9. 02:00:505 (3,1) - could use a bigger spacing! Just for consistency
  10. 02:09:953 (3) - I'd reverse it, 02:09:953 (3,1) - will play a little better
That kiai part is just great!

[Normal]
  1. 00:11:370 (1) - should have finish
  2. 00:29:323 (3,1) - cool!
  3. 01:13:496 (5) - this repeat falls on nothing. It will be better if you split this slider into two 1/2 ones: http://puu.sh/bb4sI/b5578929c5.jpg
  4. 01:15:858 (1) - start it right after the note
  5. 01:25:779 (3,4) - feels really weird to play, probably due to low note density. I'd shorten the slider by 1/4
[Mako's Easy]
  1. 00:11:370 (1) - add finish, please, and insert a break right after
  2. 00:46:331 - the slidertick sound should appear 1/1 later, earlier or both, but not there; don't use it on this slider
  3. 01:49:638 - as I said to truonant, this is a good opportunity to use a fountain
  4. 02:13:732 (2) - you can improve this by using note + slider: http://puu.sh/bb4Xy/9b2514b2f1.jpg (don't forget to move finish)
Don't be afraid! Although my post came out a bit longer than you might've expected, I posted mostly suggestions and cosmetical improvements (apart from things on Lunatic). Apply as many as you can ("all" is preferable, but not necessary), then call me for a recheck ❤

  1. As said on IRC, nuke soft-hitclap.wav and use soft-hitclap2.wav - used "softhitclap2.wav for "softhitclap.wav" However Easy sounded weird since the claps didn't have much of a punch so I found a new softhitclap (now known as softhitclap2.wav) and used that for the majority of Easy. I also used some different whistle sounds to compliment the change
  2. I think there are tiny mistakes in lyrics that could be corrected:
    1. e0-2: "Their numberless calculations really are ingenious [comma missing] aren't they?" - I actually fixed some of the lyrics (I found an alternate source of translated lyrics which were more concise and accurate.
    2. e0-9, e1-7 and e2-7 have "i" instead of a capital I ("i like things to be overdecorated"), is this intended? - fixed - This is actually is intended. With the font face that I used, the capital "i" looks like an "o". But since I was fixing the lyrics, I fixed the "i' by combining with other fonts
  3. 01:49:638 is a perfect moment for a fountain - added

Yes. Within the metadata the title is "・-・・ --- ・・・- ・" and in the romanised title it is "Love"

Love love love how heavy the slider finishes feel.
Also, stealing your spinner-metre and using it as the spinner-bottom in my skin, it looks phenomenal like that.
