I can pick between the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 and the Razer DeathStalker.

Which one is better for osu!mania (and about any other 7k game)

would recommended iidx controller if you can find one, or a brown sw keyboard world be great.

btw, it depends on how do you feel while you're playing, even a cheap rubber dome keyboard if you get used to it, you will be a pro player someday.
