I reckon 98+ but it's subjective. Some people value high acc whilst others might value being able to play fast more.
But most people in top 50 have over 98% acc so yeah.

It depends entirely on the maps you play lol. If you are dting 300bpm songs I'd consider anything above 90 to be good depending on the map.

Depends on the maps you play. If you play more hr your acc is usually "worse" than someone who plays jumpy dts and nomods (if you play streamy maps your acc is a mix of your acc+your speed).
I would say 97-98% is good for hr and 98%+ is good for the rest.

Go for an Unstable Rate below 100, that's pretty good already and can give around 97-98% on OD10.
