The 40468ms offset is so that the offset reset is accounted for.

Useless timing sections at the front.
You don't need to time it if you're not using it.

Overall
IMO, the slider at the end sounds better when you end it at 05:25:950

I'm not sure if 5 minutes and 30 seconds of map can be rankable. Yeah, only 4 minutes of play... but still not sure.

Subtitle the entire map. So much to this song is obviously in the video and for anybody who doesn't understand Japanese, it might as well just be a slower version of the original sung by Miku.

Aside from that, the map is pretty.. generic. Sterile I guess is the right word - it's rankable, but it's not very interesting. Personally, at least.

Shove some subtitles in that thing and I'll bubble it.

Agreed that subtitles would be lovely. Mapping is fine, but is a bit linear and, for lack of a better word, "simple". Regardless, I like the map, song, and the 9's.
