I personally think the repeat fits better with the track o3o.
2. 03:29:506 (5,6) - Maybe considers Ctrl+Ging these circles because the voice suggesting jump starts in 03:29:506 (5).

4. 04:30:162 (2) - Here I expected a jump too u_u Maybe: 04:30:162 (2,3) - ctr+ing these circles.

I think it's fine to leave it as is
