Problem Details: I've been trying to turn of vsync for an hour now. What's been going on is that Osu is lagging so badly that I cannot change Options. I need to, because if I could just turn off OpenGL, I'm pretty sure I'll be fine.

Video or screenshot showing the problem: I'm not able to get a screenshot of this, I'm sorry.

osu! version: 20140529.4 (latest)

Ah. Thank you, that somewhat helped. Seems this new computer I'm using does not support Direct-X. But that's another problem, thank you anyway.
